I went to have some simple servicing done. So i went to their retail store twice today.I noticed a nice inventory and display of Omega's, Tudor's, Breitlings, Tag Heuer's, Cartier's, and more. Now slowly, I am warming towards another luxury hotel watch purchase. A very professional gentleman named George Garanian was my point-of-contact. He has sales responsibility but adjusted the links of my watch himself. He also showed some very nice timepieces.All and all, because of George, a very great experience. I will contact George again in the future.

The Tourneau killer. Having been a watch enthusiast for... well, my entire life now I have had just about every AD experience you can imagine from my first Casio F91W (aka the Taliban special as they were commonly used for explosive devices) to a Patek Phillipe visit in Costa Mesa and a A. Longe & Sohne event earlier this year. Just like purchasing an automobile, the actual transaction itself can completely ruin the whole experience and get your next leg of the journey off to a bad start.Swiss Watch Gallery and Fine Jewelry will not do that to you. Their sales team are complete professionals and well versed in the collection of brands they have curated such as Tudor, Omega, Cartier, and Breitling amongst others. Where this team differs is in their approach. Not at all stuffy, eager to geek out on watches as much as you are, and just plain friendly. Not at all like Tourneau or the god-awful Rolex AD in South Coast who make you feel like they are doing you the favor by showing you a piece if they have any timepieces at all. Props go out to Hyde Park in Newport Beach though, best Rolex AD in SoCal. I am not currently in the market but one day I will be for my last grail piece: The Omega Speedmaster Man on the Moon. Swiss Watch Gallery and Fine Jewelry can count on my call when that time comes.

What a great experience! Very welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable and experienced with luxury watches. I have been to many watch stores and they are the best. They gave me the experience as if I was a friend not a customer. All the staff is friendly and not pushy and their inventory is great. The store is beautiful and always clean. I would highly recommend them for your watch purchases and service. Fair priced as well which makes it that's much better. Thank you!

We would like to thank Swiss Watch Gallery in the Mission Viejo mall. We just walked in, not planning to buy anything but this store has so many tempting items!George took excellent care of us and helped us with professionalism and plenty of patience. He is very special and a lovely person to make a deal with. We looked at several fabulous watches and ended up purchasing watches but never felt pressured or rushed. We would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a watch or jewelry. We were very impressed with the positive shopping experience. Thanks from Ron and Brenda

I took a Cartier watch in for a new battery. Got a call and they said the battery had leaked and I needed a new $500. movement. I told them to go ahead and replace the movement. 5 years or so later the battery died again. I took it back and again asked them to put in a new battery. Again, I got a call and they said the battery had leaked and I needed to replace the movement. Frustrated, I told them to put the watch back together and I'll pick it up. About a year has passed now and I decided to take the watch to another watch shop. They opened it up and the "leaky" battery was gone. The watch repairman put in a new battery and said the movement was working fine. No traces of a leaky battery. I don't leave reviews lightly but I'm kicking myself for taking their word on the first leaky battery.

I recently started to get back into watches and Swiss Watch Gallery was the closest dealer to carry a wide selection. I went in just to browse and ended up leaving with a watch I had my eye on for a few months. Admittedly I probably don't fit the image of your average customer that shops here but that didn't stop Kelly from treating me with respect and showing me all the options she thought fit my style. I've now gotten four watches from them and have no reason to shop anywhere else. The whole team has helped me out now and everyone there has been great. It's not your typical jewelry store sales pitch. Looking forward to more watches in the future!

My wife and I were killing time before an appointment at the Apple Store and entered the store to inquire about resizing some rings and decided to look at a new engagement and wedding ring...you know where this is going...Jeri worked with us on two separate occasions while we were looking at rings and trying to decide if we were going to use some of the diamonds from her original engagement ring or do something completely different. Jeri was very knowledgeable and friendly, did not try and up sell us, and showed us lots of options after listening to my wife's desires. We ended up buying an entirely new engagement ring, center stone and matching wedding band to celebrate our 31st anniversary and could not be happier. [Her original ring was nice, but we were poor college students back then---time for an upgrade!] Tri the jeweler was great, sizing and getting our old and new rings done sooner than expected. Our original rings look just like new as well. Finally, when we picked up our rings Jeri was off that day but called us the next day to see if we were pleased with our purchase and satisfied with the work. A great place with wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff--we could not be happier!!
