I called Axel to get a quote from him. After he looked at the job, he gave me a very good price. He was here for four days, did an incredible job. He is a one man band and was very patient with us. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Axel is very personable, arrives at the time he says, he communicates as to what he is going to do. I appreciate his punctuality, his communication and his very dedicated to his work. I would highly recommende him. He is very concientoius as to the owner and himself.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with OcReGrout recently with work they did regrouting my shower floor tile. Initially the work looked great, but after I started using the shower, the grout started cracking and peeling within the first few uses (I had waited 60 hours after the work was completed for all of the work to dry and settle - more than the recommended 48). Initially, they agreed to come patch up the peeling spots, but after a few days of playing telephone tag to schedule a time, they completed ghosted me and stopped responding to all of my texts and phone calls. This behavior also seems to track with some of the other negative reviews I've seen posted here as well. I'm extremely disappointed. One thing I wanted to add is that they only take payment via Zelle or personal check, so I can't dispute the charge like I would be able to had they accepted credit card. It means I'm out $500 with a job that I consider to be incomplete. If OcReGrout sees this review and agrees to come back and make things right, I'd be more than happy to bump my review score back up, but otherwise I'd recommend folks to stay away.

Another great experience with Axel. As I said in my previous post, the communication is excellent. I get notifications and updates as the day goes on. And then the work is awesome. Axel really takes his time with each part of the project. The re grouting we had around our kitchen and bathroom looks amazing, and I know it will hold up. He's willing to give advice and do the extra work to make sure that the final result is perfect. It's an easy recommendation when you have a reliable and caring person working on your house. Highly recommended!

We were thrilled with the work that was done! Our white tile countertops look new again. The price was also fair. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I highly recommend Axel. He re-grouted part of our master shower and counters where the quartz backsplash meet the counters. He did an excellent job, much better than the original contractor. Nice guy too.

I had an unfortunate experience with Chad's services on my kitchen sink. Despite specific instructions to allow the sink to dry before applying new caulking, he disregarded this step. This led to the caulking not adhering properly and eventually peeling off. I was initially assured by the company that they would rectify the issue. However, my attempts to follow up through texts and voicemails have been consistently ignored, leaving the problem unresolved. I am quite disappointed.

I came to Yelp to find someone to regrout the perimeter of my shower pan. I contacted five businesses and not only did Axel respond quickly, all i had to do was shoot him a few photos and he responded with a quote that I found reasonable considering the scope of work. They were able to get me scheduled 2 days later and Edwin arrived a few minutes early, worked quickly and effective and cleaned up after himself too! The repairs look great and I am very pleased. One thing to note is that they only accept cash, check or Zelle. Which wasn't a problem for me, but I know some people don't have ANY of those forms of payment ...so it's just good information to know. Before and after pics attached.

Axel and Edwin regrouped our large master bathroom plus two closets this week. The flooring is white marble. The white grout had yellowed. Axel was easy to get a hold of. He gave me a quote quickly from photos. He was reasonably priced. Axel came within two days and recommended what color we should regrout with. The job took less than a day. Edwin worked hard without taking a break. The most important part is that my floors look brand new.... outstanding job!

Great job! Regrouted and sealed the perimeter of our shower in ~1 hour. Edwin was very helpful + receptive when I asked questions and for a minor change. When I had a question he was unsure of, the company texted me with an answer immediately.

OCReGrout did an amazing job for us. Edwin came to our home on time, he worked in re-grouting the shower floor and kitchen countertop. I was very happy with the results and will definitely be contacting them back for our grouting needs.

Unfortunately have to drop my review to 3 stars. Repair initially looks great for the first month and a half but the caulk starts to peel and bubble. Axel had come to redo the fix but seems like it is happening again. Will have to find other routes to fix this issue.

Grout cleaning and sealing not as expected. Dark spots in grout which look like dirt. Would not recommend to anyone. May be better off going with a more professional company even if pricier.
