Fantastic experience at Mission Viejo Kia. I knew exactly which car I wanted and how I wanted it. I called up a few different dealerships, and Mission Viejo was able to get me the best price. Louay Awad was the one that helped me from the get go, and I sensed nothing but honesty from him. He didn't push me to add or buy anything I didn't need, but did make a suggestion that was to help me save money. I asked to see breakdowns of everything, and he was very quick to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. The process was super smooth, and now I got the car I wanted at the best price!

Unfortunately, I decided not to purchase a car from Kia due to personal concerns. However, I want to express my gratitude to the salesperson and the manager at this dealership for allowing me to thoroughly test drive multiple vehicles and providing valuable information. In my opinion, the Kia EV6 is one of the best electric vehicles on the market, with excellent handling, particularly in the all-wheel-drive trim.

Daniel helped us out on three separate occasions at this dealership, one of which we purchased a vehicle with his help. Daniel was an absolute all-star. My fiancé needed a new car and we made 3 total trips to Kia. In the first he helped her limit down the model and style she liked, the color she originally wanted wasn’t available at the time so we exchanged contact info and went home to stay in contact. The second visit we came to look at a new color we saw on the road to see if it was what she wanted. The third, we came ready to buy, easy process, quick negotiations and car was set and ready to roll when docs were done. Nothing more you can really ask for. The dealership is upscale, people are all nice and friendly. Best KIA dealer in OC out of all of them we visited, go in and ask for Daniel and you won’t be disappointed.
