I had a 5 star experience today and I would highly recommend Nick’s OC Motors. I had a random issue with my car that I thought needed immediate attention. They quickly identified the issue. While I was there, they noticed the battery in my remote key was low and replaced it for me without an extra charge! Excellent customer service. Thank you, Nick’s OC Motors.

5 Star Mercedes Benz Service
We have a 2000 CL500 that a stereo installation business sabotaged with a poorly installed system, shorting the electrical system in 3 separate locations. 3 separate hydraulic pumps shorted out ($1500 ea.), 3 dealership/service center visits, 3 years of non operation, due to dead shorts, later we had almost given up. We were told the problem required constant monitoring of up to 8 hours at a time, so everybody passed on offering a solution. Completely exasperated we did a deep dive in finding someone to address the problem. When I found Nick he was the first person to say, “no car leaves my shop without a fix. I’ll take on anything. “
True to his word, after a 3 year nightmare, he delivered to us a brand new, trouble free automobile. Beyond his exceptional skills is a man of such high integrity that you immediately come to trust him; Nick truly wants to make your life better. He has made at least 4 complimentary visits to my home to troubleshoot the issues a 25 year old car can have. In short, there is no one like Nick. For us, he has been a lifesaver and become a valued friend.

Am grateful to Nick and his team, who identified an unexpected issue with my MB Cruiser... it will be road ready by Friday...in the nick of time as we leave for a 3-month long roadtrip to Alaska, Then Calgary, then Montana before heading home to OC.
