I have been going to wash my car in this location for a few years, I thought they did a good job until today the person who was taking care of my car seems tired or lazy, did not do a good job, the car wash seems to have a new supervisor, he repeated his name a few times "Adam" and he said that to air pressure dry the vehicles to between the doors and the windows crackes he said I need to pay $10.00 extra, overall, I am very dissatisfy with today's work and customer service.

Very bad. I paid $31 for fine cleaning. Staff are very careless. Here are what they did not do.
1. Tires were not clean
2. No freshener was used
3. Floor math was not clean
4. They didn’t touch the cup holders at all!
5. Trunk was not cleaned well
6. Steering wheel had dirt on the edges.
Basically they try to clean the car very fast and carelessly, they wipe quick without checking to see if it is really cleaned, but their prices go up all the time. I do not recommend this place at all.

Just returned home from getting my car washed here. I’ve been here many times and they usually do a good job. Today, not so much. While the clean was great, the giant gauge on my new Tesla rim isn’t. I called them and they checked the camera and said it was “impossible” that it happened as a result of the wash. Although the scratch is also not typical curb damage, it’s clearly a large unique scratch. Had I realized it after they washed the car, I’d still be in the same boat. Big lesson, I was told to inspect the car BEFORE and AFTER the wash because I can guarantee this damage came from this car wash. The car is brand new and didn’t have a scratch until now.

Even 1 star is too much for them , I paid for deep cleaning $ plus good tip when they called me that your car is ready, oh my God it was disaster. Even they didn’t do full vacuum, not cleaning ? the seats and around. Then I decided to say to manager about their job. His manner was bad and so rude .The manager was no help and when I said you just lost a customer he said "Okay". What happened to the customer being right and businesses give good customer service.
Finally when I got home then I cleaned all the glasses and even they didn’t wipe inside while he charged me for that. I had a good material leather wiper at home so, I did clean all seats and inside the car by myself.
I don’t like to put the negative feedback but for this car wash due of very poor job I had to write.

Stole money I left in my car went back to grab it a few seconds later after realizing I left it. They became aggressive. I threatened to call the police went inside to talk with the clerk who was also rude wouldn't provide owner information. Went back outside and my 500$ reappeared.

They don’t even deserve the 1 star. The manager is super rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills. My car wasn’t that dirty so i only got the 2nd level wash, I received it back a little better than it was but not clean. If you not willing to pay the 100+ package you wont get anything here. DON’T GO THERE, YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!

Just had my Subaru washed around 3 ish and they stole money out of my side handle . They were half dollar coins and only 2 of them plus all the other change I had but they only took the two . It's a dollar I know but the principle of them stealing my money is a joke and will be contacting them tomorrow. What a joke and I tipped them

These scammers stole my mom's single airpod, then somehow it ended up in Santa ana in some dump. They stole her airpod to throw it away!!! What was the point?? Never go to this place.

Paid almost $40 plus a tip (before I saw the interior of the car) for them to basically do nothing. They didn't wipe anything down, there was dirt all over my back seat they didn't even touch, all they did on the inside was a quick vacuum. I was expecting them to at least wipe surfaces down, but they didn't. They also put my mats back wrong and didn't clean them either. Total waste of money, the drive through $12 car wash would have done just as good of a job. Never returning here, they did an absolutely terrible job. Wish I could give 0 stars and take my tip back.

I would give zero star if I could . They charged me double for in and out cleaning and wax but they were just machine washed car and didn't even towel dry it properly. When I showed the stains which was hand prints on the handles the guy wanted to convince me that it is sum damage, imagine sun damage on inside handles shaped like finger prints. Horrible job. Don't recommend. I wish I could upload the video I took.
