I have been going to this center last 5 years and they have been great! Screening and checkin goes smoothly if u have correct paperwork. Wait time around 15 min and mammogram done quickly and thoroughl. I also needed ultrasound that was handled same way. Everyone was kind and helpful during both. Not sure what these bad reviews are about but I think they were very good on my visits!

Awful. Wait forever with no updates. No appointments allowed - walk in only. Go to CVI across the street.

First experience: I was a walk-in because my doctor's office is in the building. They over-billed by $400+ then I was quoted at the front desk. Called billing department and they stated that you can't go by their quotes because they are not accurate. Would not adjust. Second experience (should have known better): Tried scheduling an appointment by phone. They seem to always have more than ten callers waiting. The other option is to select the 48 hour call-back option. If you miss their call you need to start over. Did this twice. I assume they believe their clients have no lives and just wait by the phone. Took my business to Crown Valley Imaging.

Been using this location since I was 40 yrs old for Mammograms and this year I have decided they treat you with no professionalism whatsoever and I am finding a new location for my mammograms. My appointment was at 9 am and I waited for a diagnostic mammogram although the night prior I was charged for a complete mammogram, used my cc through providence and am still waiting for my refund as EOB has arrived and I am due refund. The common saying its in the mail is the response, arriving from Oregon? I can't imagine any other location being as poor a reception. Signs everywhere, take this clipboard, don't go to desk unless called, and don't ask questions for sure because they are the rudest staff ever experienced, It managed to be worse than last year! Do your research check reviews and find a professional place to go for your mammograms. I have great insurance, they are a provider but so arent a million other places with much better service. FYI I am now 73 so since 40 yrs of age I am done now.

Made an appointment months ago. I received a call to confirm the day before. I showed up to the appointment & waited to be helped only to be told they couldn't see me. My paperwork never was received. How does an office call to confirm, if they can't see you?? Makes no sense. The front office girl, Laura, was not pleasant to deal with. She shouldn't be the "first face" of that office. I wouldn't go back there.

I required a simple one view sinus x-ray. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed by both the hospital and Women's Center they only take walk in's. Both my doctor and the operator at the imaging center suggested I come to the Women's Center because they said the hospital can be a long wait. I originally came on Tuesday 3/16 around 10 AM and was informed it could be a long as 1-1 1/2 hours I inquired of a better time and they suggested the morning right at 8am. I arrived at 7:45 AM on Thursday 3/18 and was pleased to see the doors open I signed in was told it would not be long and to take a seat. After 30 minutes waiting I approached the desk to inquire about the process and to understand if they had not checked me in or taking my order if I was in line. The receptionist seemed bothered by my inquiry restating that it was a Women's Center and I was a walk in. I politely informed her that I was told they only take walk in's and was advised both by my doctor and imaging center to come to the Women's Center. She said she would get to me when she could. I observed both the front desk personnel and others appearing to have lots of down time chatting among themselves. At 8:30 AM after having waited 45 minutes without being registered or having my order taking I again inquired what was happening. Finally after another 5 minutes the receptionists registered me giving me the impression she was only doing it because I had been up several times to the front desk. The registration then took another 5 minutes or so even though I was in the system Finally after waiting 50-55 minutes I was directed to a second waiting room. Approximately 3 minutes later I was called in for an x-ray that literally took 30-60 seconds. I could not help but wonder if the receptionist had just check me in immediately if I would not have been completed in 5-10 minutes. This place was absolutely terrible. My main concern is the jumble of hoops I went through and the pain they caused in my knee. (I've had a ct orthograph done in the past and it doesn't hurt like this) but my icing is that they didn't give me any images to take to my doctor told me I didn't get any and they'd send it over, they never did and claim they never said so and caused me knee surgery to get delayed another 2 months! There is nothing more that I can do besides post bad reviews and recommend you as a client go somewhere else, anywhere else Repeat: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Friendly front desk lady, Technician who did the mammogram was very professional, friendly and quick. She made the process very easy and all together a great experience. I give them 5 stars!!!

I have an appointment tomorrow at the Newport office tomorrow. They called and aaid their machine is broken. I think they are lying and I can't reschedule because they are booked. No backup plan and they don't care about people. Stupid people that work there.

I've been calling for days to get an appointment for my infant- no one has ever picked up the phone. Once the prompt picks up no one ever comes to the phone. Guess I'll have to get an order from the Doctor to go somewhere else.

I was really afraid of coming here due to all the negative reviews! Other than a 20 minute wait to speak to a live person on the phone when scheduling, I'm happy to report it was actually a good experience! I came here for my first ever mammogram. It's a nice, beautiful facility. The first staff member who took my temp at a table right outside before going in was very sweet and helpful. I took one star off just because the front desk staff could be a little more organized. They're supposed to have you fill out some sheets on a clipboard while you wait. But they didn't tell me to grab one from the basket until right at the end of my wait time. The co-workers were a little busy socializing, which I don't really mind. It's nice to enjoy the people you work with, as long as the patients are staying on track. But all in all, the wait time wasn't bad at all and the staff was friendly. The tech who did my mammogram was Candy. She was helpful and professional. She explained everything really thoroughly & walked me through everything really well. It really wasn't that painful, just uncomfortable at times which is to be expected. The results came back quickly. They were uploaded to my patient portal the very next day and came by mail later in the week. Everything was fine. I was concerned about some other people here talking about insurance scams and being told they have dense breast tissue & need to go back for a second time.That wasn't my experience. I would return here again. It was really a lot easier than expected. So far, so good. I would recommend this facility.

As I sit here waiting for now over an hour for my sons bone age study to be done. The waiting room Is empty and what shocks me is they advertise that they accept walk-ins. When we signed in we waited over 20mins for the receptionist to collect our insurance card. Again empty waiting room. Not one time had anyone given me a wait time or acknowledge my young son and myself sitting the waiting for over an hour. I asked kindly a few times how long it would be. I got vague responses. Our test literally took less then 2 minutes. The X-ray tech did apologize for the wait but also proceeded to tell me he wishes he had more help. That isn't what a frustrated parent wants to hear. I thanked him and left. I will never ever return to this facility. I would highly recommend Saddleback Radiology they are always great!

Not a good experience. The x-ray tech was mean and uncaring I was in a lot of pain and she kept pushing me around. She was also rude. A week later I tried calling to get a copy of my CD and it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I ended up coming in to the office where once again I did not have a good experience. While I understand that everyone is tense due to COVID. Patients should be treated with kindness not as a nuisance.
