Poor quality and even worse service. I bought this for my son last weekend and found the stitch was broken just the same day. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt. I took it for a replacement but the manager insisted for the receipt even I can provide the credit card record to prove the date of purchase. The one star is for the fluffiness of the toy that my dear son loved it most.

I went in around 2 pm on Saturday to buy my daughter some make -up. Immediately I noticed the two cashiers goofing around with each other. The female was all over the male cashier, literally pulling on his arm and rough housing both were joking around really loud. No welcome or acknowledgement at all. Very immature. Not very good customer service at all. My daughter went to ask for a price and they kept talking no eye contact at all w customers. Some of the items don't have a price label so you have to go ask for it. You would think a store like Miniso located in a fancy town like Mission Viejo would care enough to employ decent, professional or at least friendly people. Not returning.

Wonderful store! Very well organized and the staff was super helpful and nice! They helped me get what I was looking for and all in all this shopping experience was amazing! Highly recommend!

A really cute store with some very unique gifts, household items etc. it reminds me of Daiso but is more expensive. I liked coming to see what they had in store and window shop. A good place for unique finds.

Items here are misplaced under the wrong prices. Watch out when it comes time to pay b/c "they can't override the system" to honor the price that is cleqely listed for the item. Misleading and Misrepresentating.

2 stars only because Jessie seems to be the only individual capable enough to understand normal thinking. 3 different totals? Same items? Common!!!! Unacceptable! Yall read the reviews below and do check your receipt before you walk out. In fact, add the math before you pay!

WARNING! CASHIERS STEAL!I didn't bother checking my receipt until I got home, big mistake. The male cashier signed in with a female cashier's name and changed the price on one of my items, charging me $3 more. He also charged me for something I didn't buy. I've tried calling the number on the receipt and the number on their store listing and both go straight to voicemail.

They don’t have a return policy! I just got something and wanted to return or exchange 5 minutes later and the lady said we don’t do return or exchange!!!

One of the more "pricy" dollar stores out there but they have a lot of cute things under $10, especially for kids. A lot of We Bare Bears and Marvel themed items. I like to get skincare stuff here. My only recommendation is that for any beauty or skincare products you double check the expiration dates as some items are expired.

Miniso in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall is a fun place to pick up some low cost products for gifts or just for you.The store is kept clean and the associates are friendly and happy to help you shop.

I really wanted to buy some things. They were very welcoming as I was browsing around their store. They had their items arranged by color which was very pleasing to the eye. More so they had variety of Tupperware, Home goods and accessories for the phone. I was looking at the backpacks and mini purses but I like bigger.
