“I'm scratching my head, trying to figure out how they find and train teenagers to be SO knowledgeable and helpful. My son loves this store, so we visit often. Every time we set foot in the place, regardless of store location, we are treated so well! The merchandise is awesome. There are lots of things, like their own Empyre brand, that you can't get anywhere else. Zumiez is a little pricey, but they do have specials and sales you can take advantage of to get some decent deals.”

I had just been treated very poorly at another company prior to showing up at Express in Mission Viejo Mall, so it was to my surprise and to my immense gratitude that Van helped me find the right sizes in different styles for me, and even went out of her way to look in other places within the store to make sure they had what I wanted. I came to find out later too, that it was the end of her shift and she was still giving 100% customer service. Thank you thank you thank you. “I took my son to Men's Wearhouse in Mission Viejo yesterday - we were on a mission to find some suits and clothing for work. The store was busy, but we were able to find a suit and a few other items. Olga measured my son and educated us on size, fit, and recommended which areas on the store to look. At check-out, we had to wonderful luck to meet Chris! He was, quite simply, AMAZING! We had a fun time with him and doubled out purchase thanks to his expertise, great suggestions, and personality. Ended up with several suits, shirts, pants, a belt, shoes, and alas a couple of pocket scarves. I cannot begin to explain how helpful Chris was and what a joy it was to work with him!”
“I have been here a handful of times, but have mostly made our purchases through their online website. My daughter actually wanted to shop on Black Friday, so we hit up Forever 21. They were having a decent sale in person (and online) where everything was 50% off, unlike some of the other stores in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall who had no sales running (or just their usual daily advertisements). She ended up falling in love with a couple of really cute Fall colored jackets, stylish pants and tops. We also picked up a few accessories for ourselves and for Christmas gifts along the way while we waited in their crazy long line (yet manageable with patience) as we made our way up to the registers. We will definitely be back!”

“Popular with youths. This place always has some pretty insane deals and it might be because of fast fashion but the earth is on fire so while not look good? Anything that isn't part of a sale is usually pricey, however. The clothing itself varies but obviously appeals to a specific audience. Staff are ordinary people.”
“Never thought I'd be one of those girls with the fanny pack around her chest but there I was at Lululemon on the hunt for one. My coworker suggest I get one since I really don't like holding purses. That and someone stole my phone a week ago so a fanny pack it is! I walked in to Lululemon for the first time and it was exactly what I was expecting which was a store full of exercise I found the area where all their mini bags and saw one blue mini 'everyday bag' as they're called. I wanted one in black because it's more versatile. They had the size up but that had too much space for the few items I do carry. There were two friendly associates at the registers and I wish I got their names. The male was checking out a guest while I asked the female if they had a mini black everyday bag. She went to go check for their extra inventory in the back and returned with one in black. There was a line so I took the item and went to the back. The guy helped check me out and even cut off the tag so I could use the bag. Overall it was a very short and sweet trip to Lululemon and they had the one thing I was in search for! Will for sure venture further in the store the next time I'm at the mall.”
