“Every time I've visited this store, the staff is friendly and helpful. This time, I needed a passport photo and wasn't sure if they offered that. It wasn't listed on the window display signs. Yes, they do. An employee took my photo and quickly processed 2 passport photos, with no issues. I had just spent almost 45 minutes at another place, but they couldn't get their printer to work. I will recommend UPS Store for passport photos in the future.”

“I had a multi-item return to the store (10+ items) that was pretty tricky. The two young girls who worked there were SO helpful, patient, and wonderful. They made me feel at ease in a stressful situation for a technologically challenged 40 something. I highly recommend this store!”
