Mzm Autoworks was really responsive! But they charged me with work they could not do. Ie. my rear diffuser, I went in to have a grille and diffuser installed, they were not able to install the rear diffuser because their mechanics or specialists did not have the knowledge or capability to transfer the sensors to my aftermarket diffuser. My car sat in the shop for 5 hours and nothing was done, was still charged approximately $175 for the labor of them taking the oem diffuser and grille off and put back on. Which was whatever, I took it for what it’s worth but after bringing my car to a more reputable shop, they informed and showed me that the mzm Autowerks didn’t even put my parts back on properly, all the screw were loose and some were even missing. Bare minimum effort.

Khash and his team are awesome, you can tell they know what they are doing.Was a great experience, the staff was friendly and very professional. Khash also made it very easy to understand what was going on and what needed to happen. I had been in an accident, my car was a wreck when it came in and left looking GREAT! Would definitely come back and recommend others!

Been servicing my car here for 2 years and always a great time, with knowledgeable people who are able to tackle anything from maintenance to full engine swaps. Always the best pricing and recommendations on parts hands down. One thing to note when visiting a growing business is that timing is key, figure out what time is best to go in, not just whenever YOU can. Whenever working on an older car, especially BMW’s, neighboring or related parts and bolts can also break and when that has happened it has always been made right. -2007 BMW 335i

Khash has helped me numerous times, working on both of my cars and giving me the best prices that I could ask for. Khash and his team are honest people. They will get you right at the right price. I got my transmission replaced by them recently, and I bought a clutch kit and khashes team installed it with no extra charge.

Came in for a check engine light and no power on my BMW 328i, it was diagnosed very quickly, and they got the car back to me same day. BMW Irvine quoted over 1000$ to fix this issue, but it only cost me about $400 here, proper diagnoses instead of throwing parts at things.

The quote they gave us over the phone was $300 less than what they ended up charging for a simple oil change and check engine light. They took advantage of a stressful situation and put pressure on you to sign off on something that they have not fully explained. If you want somebody that cares about their customer, this is not the place to go.
