I wanted to give a shout out to Lupita! I had a great experience at your store yesterday evening. I had just gone to buy a concealer and was feeling rushed and stressed all day. Lupita provided a 5 star experience for me as she took the time and patience to apply a foundation on my skin that I was interested in. She is a great listener and matched my skin with the correct foundation perfectly. I am beyond thrilled with the way that this foundation looks on my skin! She also helped me with a concealer shade as well and I am so glad I came into the store rather than just doing an online purchase! Thanks Lupita!!

Olivia did an amazing job with my makeup. Made me look amazing for my wedding in such good time. Great color matching and smoky eyes. Will definitely be back.

Few Sundays ago I was desperate to get my make up done for my best friends wedding because the artist at the Mac in Nordstrrom ( which I had made an appointment with ) never showed up and told anyone to take care of me . Tania at the main Mac was soooo kind and helped me without hesitation. Although she was busy but she multitasked helping incoming customers and me in between . She is a kind soul and professional in customer service. Thank you Tania ( she is beautiful tall with black hair lady in her 40-50s)God bless you ♥️ oh and my make up was beautiful

I walked into Nordstrom and straight to Mac counter, but the two ladies ignored me and just talked to themselves about their schedule. I left and found this Mac store. Jonathon was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable! He absolutely made my day!! Helped me pick out lipsticks and liner- was so patient with me and really took his time to help find the right color for me.

The manager at this store named Johnathan has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life , I was called a liar by him and his attitude is very aggressive and scary , he even raised his voice at me when I trying to return something , he then walked away and went into his office leaving me to find items to buy on my own . He clearly is dealing with private matters and doesn’t know how to keep his life and work separately. What a awful person !!! I will never shop at this location as long as he is there !

This is mostly a shoutout for Jonathan at this store who is unbelievable and should be given every raise ever. He helped give me a completely new refreshed everyday look that I get complimented on all the time. He listened to how I like to wear makeup, really matched all my colors and tones and just provided the most courteous and professional customer service that is so rare these days. I went back to buy more from him today and will do it again and again. He's a huge asset and a fabulous talent and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jonathan seems to be the only one working at MAC because he's helped me every time I've been in. He's been the most helpful and patient each visit when my mom and I ate there shopping. Just wanted to give him kudos for being amazing.

Don’t even buy anything here. I went in just because I got an email saying 25% off plus free samples I ended up getting one sample. If you buy online they do have all samples. Sorry but they shouldn’t advertise promotions that they can’t even give away. I will never come back.
