I'm glad I was referred to Luscious Lashes by my coworkers for my lash training! I could not have had a better customer service/student experience. Jillian made everything so easy and went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable. She is so patient and kind. I will be referring anyone I know looking for training to them. I appreciate their concern for consumer satisfaction. They products are also amazing! Great quality.

Tried it three times. Never a good experience. Lashes did not stay on. Lost some everyday. One artist did not stand behind her work. She no longer works there. One artist was watching her phone in between adding lashes. The client didn't know because her eyes were closed.

Called to reach out for prices, nobody picked up but I immediately got a text response about 10 minutes later she was so on top of it. She recognize that I was in the wrong area of her but referred me to someone who then immediately texted me back! I cannot believe how friendly nice and helpful this business is. If I lived closer I would use them in an absolute heart beat anybody who cares about their clients that much is bound to be a total professional and do the best at their job!!! A+++

Pretty expensive... I usually pay $10 for one pallet of lashes but the ones I bought from here were $14-$20 per lash pallet. I wish they had a sample table where you could try the tweezers, lashes, and glues. Their lashes are pretty nice but definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

I needed supplies at the last minute because I had clients booked. So I stopped by and they have EVERYTHING! The lashes were a good quality too. And they literally have everything! They were kind and polite. Answered my questions and the prices were good too!

my sister was looking for a place for eyelash products and she always buys by line and needed a product but could not wait if she decided to come to this place. It is clean they have all their products in good condition and the service is very good the girl the name KORAL attends very polite and all the questions we had answered them clearly and always in a good disposition to help the client very well and she speak Spanish good !! I hope everything my sister bought be good quality and meet expectations Of course we will come back:

If I could rate this no stars I would...here's why. I purchased a glue from them for $58.... (P.S if your going to spend this type of money spend it on a real brand)...the glue exploded !! Yes exploded!! Of course which is no use !! I did like the glue from another that I purchased but if I'm going to spend that amount I'm pretty sure I can spend it on another better brand. Now keep in mind this is not something I do full time. To support my lovely family I got certified in eyelash extensions so this is more of a part time job... which I do love doing ! The owner Sheri said she would replace my glue... but due to me not being able to make it to pick up until after hours (honestly there hours suck!!) I can finally go 2 weeks after, I text her about the explosion...she said okay... I text her as I'm off work and she said that I can't go because there store is closed !!!! When do I ever go to the store to pick up product ??? Only twice !! Every other time I picked up at her house !! So what makes you think that I can pick up before 3pm ... when I'm off at 5pm????!!!! So than fine ... all I was asking for was to replace my glue not a refund ! ... but now after all this I ask Sheri to refund me... she said "she already gave me 3 weeks (I have no idea where she has 3 weeks from when I text her on Aug 23rd??)and that she's sorry but she can't refund me nor replace my glue... Like ... what..... basically stealing my money now !!! Don't waste your time dealing with this lash store... online is way more easier to work with ... not to mention there lashes are super stiff and poky... my clients hated them! BTW... THEY BUY STUFF BRAND IT AND UP SELL IT ... GO ON AMAZON AND YOU CAN FIND IT FOR SO MUCH CHEAPER .... ex. The fan they sell there much cheaper on amazon....... also a bit off topic but the two times I went into the store, when I was checking out she has a glue scanned on her "ipad" the first time I did not catch it .. until she told me the total and I gave her my card... I had a gut feeling something was off so I asked for her to go over all the pricing.. (keep in mind she slid my card already) than she said she dident know why it was scanned on there !! She did refund it than but she even said "yeah I thought that was a bit high for what you were buying" pretty sure if I did not say anything, nothing would of ever been said... and the second time I made sure to keep my eyes open if anything was scanned .. and it was scanned again!!!! So i told her to remove it ! Honestly I'm a easy person to work with but when I feel your stealing from me ooohhh no hunny, when this could of been super simple ... I am taking immediate action ! Save your money and go elsewhere.... And last thing if you work at this business you are not allowed to post a review on the business.i think it's very un fair for it to look like there is good reviews when the ladies who are reviewing work there ! It's against yelp policy...
