Got one of this company’s flyers in the mail. Called them to schedule time for an appointment they had already scheduled and they said they would need payment in advance. After not seeing a Dr. or going in person for an onsite meeting?! Payment on phone without knowing who they are, other than a flyer in the mail? I hung up! Praying on the elderly is beyond evil.

Place is dirty and sloppy. People working there are technicians. Not sure how well they were trained. No drs onsite. Waste of time and money.

Very misleading! Tells you they can test for liver, kidney, and prostrate and when you click on the links, you are offered the Stroke, Vascular, Heart Rhythm with Osteoporosis screening for $149 and additional Annual Key Health - 6 for Life and C-Reactive protein screening for $99. But when you arrive for your appointment, they UPSELL you to the liver, kidney, and prostrate screening for an ADDITIONAL $180. The liver, kidney, and prostrate screening are not offered online but the "Annual Key Health" screening makes it look like you have purchased it. This causes stress at the screening especially when most of us can't speak to the names of the test just that we want specific screening that they have carefully decieved you on just to upsell you at the screening itself. NOT WORTH IT JUST FOR THE STRESS ALONE!

The worst service I ever had, they just charge u for whatever service u get and then they don't care about u getting the result or receving it.They told me that they will mail me the result within 7/10 biz days, however after 1 month of waiting I did not receive anything, even my doctor could not get it via Fax, he still waiting for it for 4 days now. And when I called they could not even send it via express order, or even fax it to my doctor same day, they still saying we will send it ASAP.WORST SERVICE EVER, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE OR GO TO THEM AGAIN.IF THERE IS LESS THAN 1 STAR RAITING I WOULD PUT IT.

LIFELINE is the most unethical Medical Group IV encountered. They charged me for services that they never provided to me. Now the burden is on me to try to get Lifeline to refund those charges.

Be careful with this company. Booked and pard for 2 appointments. (For myself and my husband) on day of appointments-Life Line said that only 1 appointment was paid for. I showed the transaction on my credit card statement- but they insisted that I purchase another screening. Choose not to do it. My husband completed his appointment. Still waiting for Lifeline to refund my credit card They sent a gift card for another appointment. Would never pay for this again!

We have been doing Life Line Screening for several years because early detection is always a good thing. Preventive health screenings are something I sincerely believe in and this company puts emphasis on screening to identify risk factors that can lead to cardiovascular disease, stroke, peripheral artery disease, osteoporosis, and other serious illnesses. Early detection is important when identifing these conditions and their risk for developing chronic conditions before symptoms are present. The tests that are administered on-site are non-invasive screenings that involve blood pressure cufffs, stick-ons for EKG, sonagram wands for artery scans and bone density and of course questions and answers. The whole process is usually completed with twenty to thirty minutes and stay fully clothed :-) How does that old joke go? Guy goes to the doctor and they have him get undressed & put on a gown & wait on a bench. Another guy waiting says: "I'm just here for a sore throat, I winder why I had to undress. First guy: "You think you're curious, I'm just here to pay a bill". lol So back to Life Screen, the whole process starts on the phone where they asks general medical questions and get some personal history and you pay in advance. They make an appointment, you get an email, then you receive a check-in phone call a day or two prior to your appointment. Then you just show up for the exams at your appointmented time and that's it. You get your results in 2-3 weeks and they can be provided to your PCP as well. There's no insurance coverage for the on-site service that this company provides and while you might think that your primary care physician could do these tests for you that might not be so easy. I might recommend that you see your primary care doc for blood work, colonoscopy or p*** in a box, etc. as the Life Screen intake person will ask you if you'd like them to arrange that for you but that could be an insurance problem. It's always a good idea to go with the resources that you've already got in place for those kinds of additional tests. Bottom line: carotid scans, cardiovascular & peripheral & aortic scans as well as bone density scans can be a good method to detect coronary disease, peripheral artery disease, osteoporosis or risk factors for stroke so I recommend these folks for good prevention measures

I found the life screening technicians to be very friendly and the time spent went quickly. I will recommend life screenings to all my friends. Thank you
