Their prerecorded message says you can schedule an appointment on line. This is a lie. Went to the website, there was a tab to schedule an appointment, website would NOT allow me to scedule an appointment. Will not allow me to talk to a live person either. I guess they want everyone to show up and wait. Will not use this lab, requesting my doctore to give a referal to another lab.

The WORST employees ever experienced. Three different techs jabbed to get blood. They DUG all over to find a vein, if I'm lucky I won't have any trauma besides the incredibly large bruises already forming. Fishing for a vein is never ok, these techs need to admit they missed instead of being too proud and causing pain to their patients instead. The employees here need training in both phlebotomy and customer service. They asked unbelievably insensitive questions like "what's wrong with you???" "Why are they testing you for this?" By the time I left, I was in such pain I could hardly stand it.
Horrible unprofessional behavior. Horrible phlebotomy skills. Unfit for work on live humans, they should go back to school and practice on the dummy arms for a few weeks before they go sticking anyone else.

Mason is the perfect person to have at the front desk. Efficient, cheerful, quick! I assume nobody’s favorite past time is to do labs. His personable service at the desk changed the entire energy of the waiting area.

Impossible to get an appointment. Always extremely busy. States that they except walk ins but without an appointment they will send you to another location.

I visited Labcorp on 26691 Plaza Ste 180, Mission Viejo for two consecutive days to check on my parents' blood work order, which was faxed over by their family doctor. I explained to the receptionist, ZARA, that my parents are elderly and would need some extra assistance since they are coming by themself and I can’t be here with them. My father is 89 years old, and both of my parents find it difficult to wait for long periods. Additionally, both of my parents are scheduled for surgeries in June and needed to complete their blood work urgently.
I checked in my parents in the system, and emphasized their need for prompt service. Zara assured me that she would take care of them as soon as they arrived. However, once my parents got there, Zara was nowhere to be found. Instead of helping them, she seemed to hide and avoid the situation, leaving my parents waiting for more than an hour.
To make matters worse, the online appointments are fully booked until June, making it impossible to schedule in advance. Given their upcoming surgeries, it was critical that my parents had their blood work done immediately. Despite explaining the urgency, neither Zara nor the rest of the staff showed any concern or willingness to assist. The staff appeared indifferent and did not offer any assistance or updates during the extended wait time.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. Both Zara's and the rest of the staff's lack of professionalism and empathy made an already challenging situation even worse. I hope the management at Labcorp takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure that other patients, particularly the elderly, do not have to endure such poor treatment. As it stands, I am highly dissatisfied with the service and reluctant to recommend this lab to others.

Inaccurate open/lunch/closing times. Very long wait times. Lunch hour is from 12-1 or whenever they choose apparently.

Slow checkin and slow to get bloodwork. Made appointment and waited 55 mins!

On Google, it does not state it's appointment ONLY. This needs to be addressed. The woman and the front desk was also very brisk when letting me know this.

Lilly makes this location the best! I get blood done regularly and whenever possible I come here because Lilly is amazing. Never had a bad stick with her and she's always friendly and knowledgeable. Give her a raise!

While the location does tend to get busy at time, it's understandable. I'm never really in any particular rush to get my blood drawn, and personally I prefer it so the techs can take their time. Edgar was fantastic, very kind and gentle! I barely felt a thing! Shout out to Edgar, get that man a raise!!?. Anyway, I've been coming here for years and I will continue to do so! Thank you!
