The facility is nice but the issues i have with it are the reason I only give 4⭐
The blow dryers never work but whats worse then that is the shower heads are so clogged up with calcium buildup some of them hardly ever wk at all. Like how hard is it to throw them in some CLR for 15min and get on w the day...other then those things which are totally fixable, but just never are. I go to a different facility that those things actually work at. So to me, its worth the star, some ppl may not agree but i always shower after i wk out so when i dont feel that i can for one reason or another it ruins the whole wk out.

If dont like This gim bu cause the bathdrom smell. Go to other gim. There is to many gims 24. Fitnnes.

I’ve joined LA Fitness about 4 months ago and met with Kyle the director of the LA fitness in Mission Viejo who showed me around the club and signed me up as one of their many members, I love this place because of its clean environment and helpful staff and trainers.
Since I became a member Kyle has always helped me with fitness routines and with my goal to become healthier and stronger.
He is a wonderful and kind person .
I would like to encourage everyone who needs gym membership and training to join this location and look for Kyle to help you out with your training. I am a 68 year old and I have been in different gyms but this one is really one of the best.

Spacious and clean facility. I pass 2 or more 24 Hr. Fitness locations driving to this location.
My one complaint here has been the shower heads in the men's locker room are in desperate need of servicing.

He never called me back and it was only after I called the Crown Valley location Edward Harrill called me back. He told me to create another membership and the guest privilege will be added onto that account and he will cancel the original membership and refund me the fees and monthly membership that I already paid to the first membership.
It has been over 3 weeks and the original membership still has not been cancelled. I have not got refunded either. I basically got charged 2 annual fees, and 2 first and last month fees. And I still have 2 LA Fitness memberships under my name.
Edward Harrill scammed me for 2 new memberships and both are under my name.
LA Fitness please contact me because both of my memberships are still active and I have not received a refund. Edward Harrill is not returning my phone calls or text messages.

If you want a community piss lake, employees who freely take from lost and found and a disrespectful operations manager then this is your gym!!! For example, I mentioned to the manager the men’s locker room needed attention, his response: “janitor will be here in an hour”

NOTE FOR PARENTS: Staff uses the bathroom in the kids club, including their male staff like the manager Jeff. I do not understand why they cannot use the locker room restroom right down the hall. To me it is completely unprofessional and frankly, just strange. I pulled my kids out immediately and cancelled our membership.
3 stars because gym was nice. Loved everything else.

everything in this space is fake. they mock the man. They took the payment from my bank account, which is not written in the law. I applied, they didn't come back!!! I have been coming to the gym for 1 month. I get a free towel every time I come. When I signed up for the hall, they said it was free. now they sell towels for money! and the lady at the reception speaks badly! I don't know the name, I'm recording the date and time so you can see and correct your mistakes! 05.05.24. 20:29

Would have given zero if possible. They are dishonest and charge you for what wasn’t supposed to be. They say no annual fee, yet they charge $59.99 as “annual membership fees”

Trainers always take the downstairs area and won't let you workout while they have a client. Other than that, this gym is great.

This club is a hub for criminal activities. Thief's everywhere. They all work to rob you. La fitness has no intent to fix the problem They brake in your car Your bags you cannot work in piece

I like it here not crowded not loud. The setup is pretty good. I will be back here. The good thing is there's a lot of LA fitness in OC. Where ever I got there is always one close by.
