Katie is fantastic! She spends time coaching you and creating a long term plan for you so that you can get better rates. No lender does this. They just tell you the rates. The coaching the card team provides is invaluable.

This is the seventh home I have purchased and this was the best experience with a lender I have ever had. Karen and her team went the extra mike for me at every step. Got a refinance done quickly and at a better rate than I could get through either my credit union or another competitor.
Also, and here's what I really appreciated given this era of unresponsiveness... Karen and her team were open and communicative, efficiently both by text and email but also, importantly, by actual PHONE.

Karen and Katie were FANTASTIC! They moved our loan application through at lightning speed, without sacrificing explainability or causing discomfort. I particularly liked how Katie sent frequent video updates for longer-form communiques (like explaining interest rates, closing cost changes, etc...). I highly recommend (and will definitely use them again)!

I cannot talk highly enough of The Card Team. I had my original loan with them when I bought the houseS. They contacted me to let me know interest rates were down and I would benefit from a refinance. It was the quickest refinance ever. They are super attentive, always answered my questions and are truly experts in this area. I will always go to them for any refinance or loans and refer everyone to their business. Truly spectacular.
