2003 Sequoia engine light turned on, was diagnosed quickly with Wendy's help. Very friendly and helpful. John has some recommendations for next service since it is an older vehicle. Reasonable prices. The only place to get service if you have a japanese vehicle. Definitely will recommend and come back for service.

These people are so honest! They told me I don't need new brakes yet. Also, Wendy researched to learn my husband's broken A/C is covered by an extended warranty from Honda due to a defect. WOW! ?

When was the last time you saw solid 5 stars across the board for car repairs? Never.But John knows his Japanese cars and Wendy perfectly runs the front office.After my Toyota dealer thought my FJ Cruiser needed $10K worth of repairs in 2022, I scheduled with John/Wendy to get a second opinion. They got the FJ going for a fraction of the price. Literally 6% of it. The dealer outfit (Irvine off the 5) was way off base. Some of the recommendations were not even needed! For details look at my review on the dealer outfit.Was back at JCS today for an oil change.The only downside is that they are so well-regarded that scheduling can take some time. But I'd rather know my car is in good (and honest) hands, than look for a quick in and out.

I had a great experience. I have a Toyota Corolla. The breaks have been vibrating when slowing down for a long time. Another shop had told me it was too costly and not worth fixing. John had it fixed for me in just under 2 hours and even took the time to allow me to go into the shop and see what the problem was with my own eyes. He pointed out several other small issues and the whole thing fixed fast and was very reasonably priced. My breaks felt 100% better afterwards! Excellent shop!

The 5 star reviews are the real deal. I've taken my Toyota Highlander here twice for separate issues and couldn't be happier. I've been wrenching on my cars for 35 or so years and no longer have the time. So I know when a shop is trying to take advantage. In my experience Wendy and John are 100% honest, friendly, and their prices are very competitive. Bottom line, this is an awesome local community shop that you should take your vehicle to next time you need repairs or service. It is a risk free decision.
