J & M Trophies are exceptionally fast with their orders. They had multiple tasks and orders that were ahead of me and they were able to deliver mine within hours after submitting and finalizing my request. The staff is not only incredibly cheerful but helpful with going over what they offer in terms of the plaques that I needed. I highly recommend this trophy shop.

Would highly recommend this business! I went over to get a sunglass and watch case engraved for a gift and although they were not able to do what I was looking for, Yadira at the front was awesome, and recommended a place that she thought could help! Not a lot of people would go above, and beyond let alone when the business was going to someone else. I will definitely come back here for any other engraving needs because of their 5 star customer service.

We worked with Kim in store and Darren via email to order a few name plates for our congregation. Not a complicated order, but I was impressed that both individuals were easy to work with, friendly, and cared. Never were we treated like "second-class" customers because we had a smaller order. In fact, their whole attention seemed to be focused on us, though I'm sure they had numerous other things going on. The prices were fair and the items came back exactly as discussed. I highly recommend them.

It was Thursday, and I had an urgent need for a trophy to be presented the following Sunday, at a Tijeras Creek event. I was concerned it couldn't be done and I woud have to wait another month to make the presentation. The folks at J & M Trophies were outstanding , in that they were able to finish my order in 24 hours, and I was able to make a very successful presentation of the award on sunday. Really impressed with the quality of work at J&M Trophies. High level of customer service and very friendly.
