Let me tell you!!! This place has the most amazing a welcoming staff. They are hard workers and will go above and beyond to get you in a car. This was my 4th dealership I went to because the others ones couldn’t finance a car for me as a first time car owner! The staff welcomed me in with opened arms and by the grace of them and god got me into a vehicle.ARDE,JAMIE and Miguel are amazing. Deep thank you to Jamie for having a good relationship with the bank to get me approved the same day. Jamie you rock and you radiate good karma and I hope it comes back times 10. As a current service member from the bottom of my heart truly thank all of you so much.
Update: I had to call several times to try to get my documents emails to me. It was very stressful and once I got them they were locked and not even signed. Do no leave without your documents in hand. If they say they are going to email it to you do not leave and say you want them now!

If there’s anyone in that building that you should speak to, it’s Brian Lima. Lima helped me get a car when I didn’t think I could get one. The process was simple, hassle free, and the best part is when I went to the dealership, all I had to do was pick up the new truck. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. If you’re reading this, ask for Lima and you’ll walk away with more than you could have imagined.

They deserve no stars. I purchased my car in Oct 2023 and it took this dealership almost 8 months to transfer the tittle to my lean holder and my name. The registration was late due to this issues. Fees of over 200 and they were not apologetic at all. No one replied to my email or called me back. Poor customer service. Never again. Save your time and avoid this place.

Tom Kiernan in the service center is the best!! He goes above and beyond and even removed an ugly black mark on my car without me ever saying a word, that's just the kind of service he provides. Rude personnel. Especially one lady in sales. Little knowledge on the vehicle as she wasn't able to answer questions on a QX50 and instead kept making jokes.
