I am new to this area and have had my taxes done by an H&R Block representative for quite a while in my home state of Illinois. Don't come here, it's a waste of time. My tax "pro" did not know how to do my taxes and when she ran into confusion I asked her to ask someone else in the office & she said " I know what I'm doing, I've been doing this for 7 years" clearly not. She also skipped over many questions regarding tax breaks and I had to bring them to her attention. I left without finishing and will not be returning to this location.

i came back because of SUE CHIN i used her last year and was very impressed with her . My appt was a mess the first time i tryed to fined where she was. They tryed to get me someone else and i insisted i wanted her and onloy her to do my taxes. When i finally found her i booked my appt with her. She was very professinal and i was very impressed with her work. She was very patient and helped me a lot.

This was my first time doing my taxes and it was extremely easy. It went smoothly, was easy to understand. A lot of reassurance in everything and the price was not bad. I had made a bad mistake and I called 30mins before closing and Benna took care of me. She stayed 10mins past closing to help me. My experience overall was fantastic.
