HomeSmart is a wonderful company to work for. They train their agents, have classes you can take has software that you can upload your listings, Get forms, make flyers, order your business cards.

This is my first and it might be the last review on Yelp. This review is in regards to Carol Haacker DRE Lic. #00623060 Unfortunately, our experience with her was very unpleasant. After we decided to withdraw our house from market last month due to their poor marketing skills and follow ups. We have had several attempts to peacefully end our contract, but she arrogantly refused to respond to our emails and making no effort to resolve this problem. I personally think this business is all about customer service, referrals and the reputation, which obviously they do not care and value, and they take it personally instead of handling the situation professionally. After we tried to release from the agreement she tried to keep our business by forcing us to stick to the agreement and working with a different team member. In one of our chain emails, we asked her to let us sell our house to a cash buyer company like Redfin and she replied to us with this answer "Zillow and Redfin are jokes in this industry..." Again this buisness is all about reputation, verbally or online, and they definitely failed! I do not recommend this company to anyone!

You know how they say that buying and selling your house should be a very nice and smooth experience, well unfortunately for me it was the worst experience of my life. I usually don't write on yelp because I think everyone has their own perspective of a story or an experience, but I really don't want this for my worst enemy. Working with "Homesmart team" is like working with some teenage stubborn kids that want to revenge their failure by making your life harder. If you decide to work with this company make sure to read every single line of your contract or you will be surprised by their mis-presentations and how they make you stuck with them for a long time(the regular agreement's length should be 3 months but theirs was 6 months without mentioning) and guess what, they will force you to work with them even when they couldn't give you the service that they should've given. So imagine if you hire a wedding photographer and they don't finish the job properly, with lots of troubles and mishaps. And when you decide not to work with them they say, "you signed a contract so you have to work with us or just simply postpone your wedding!" Long story short, they are unprofessional in how they behave, at their job and in customer service. The broker is really unpleasant and stubborn even though, us waiting does not benefit her at all! (It's all just about giving us a hard time) and since she knows the headache doesn't worth our time and money, she basically said go pound sand! Our previous purchasing experience with a different company, was very smooth, no glitches, no troubles with a happy ending. I wish we had chosen them to work with again. My advice, if you want to work with HOMESMART TEAM please make sure to see the team member's resume' ,read the contracts, terms and conditions, line by line to make sure everything is with the norm even if you THINK they are trustworthy. At the end, in my experience, the unnecessary stress, inconveniences caused, and lackadaisical attitude were worth zero stars!

Voted best work place for a reason! A beautiful location with "good vibes." Managing Broker Carol Haacker is AWESOME! It has been a privilege to work under her leadership. She continually is providing a plethora of resources, support and encouragement for her agents to flourish. She is kind yet fearless to speak the truth. Jenny T. is an excellent Transaction Coordinator- THE BEST! A true ray of sunshine to work with. Cathryn D. trains new agents and kindly shares her knowledge ensuring agents stay current with HomeSmart Evergreen Realty's Top-notch technology. Best work place indeed!

Peggy Liimatainen is FANTASTIC! She is very professional, ethical, knowledgeable, incredibly accessible & just a pleasure to work with! She listened to what we wanted and represented us perfectly & helped us get into our dream home. She went above & beyond the call of duty & always with a smile. I highly recommend Peggy!

I was very disappointed in this agency and realtor Maria Carroll. I have emailed a request to see a home, called the office and left a voicemail on the realtor's phone as well. Apparently, they have enough business that they did not need mine. It has been 5 days and not a single reply.

I recently purchased a home and had the pleasure of working with Allen Shahir who did a phenomenal job. He walked me through each step and was on top of everything throughout the entire process. He found the perfect home for me and saved me a lot of money when it came to negotiating with the sellers. He was also incredibly knowledgable, organized, and had my interests in mind. Call and ask for Allen and you will be happy you did!

Carol Haacker is the broker/manager of Mission Viejo and Dana Point and she is by far the best manager I have ever had. I have been licensed for over 20 years and I have never had a more supportive and helpful manager. Carol consistenly goes above and beyond for her agents. I consider it a privledge to work with her.

Carol Haccker is the manager of the lake Mission Viejo office of Evergreen realty and a wonderful person as well as a great manager. Very old school teaching hands on approach to her agents makes her a MUST for agents!

Great office and super nice staff. Very pleasant to work with. I especially like working with Lou Jenkins. Seems like a very successful company. The office is really nice.
