After months of rude nail technicians and owners I’m going elsewhere where I’m greeted and acknowledged as some of the employees can’t even say hello or thank you and grab your hands while doing your nails and talk and giggle amongst other employees. I told the owner the young nail technician was very unpleasant and she brushed it off meanwhile arguing with me about my toe nail polish that always comes off my big toes after leaving. I told her I needed a retouch and had been there a few days prior and she no you were here a week ago. Anyways they don’t offer you any water and while trying to relax doing a pedicure, they’re having the lady’s do your manicure or fill which is not relaxing at all with everyone poking at you. Their very unorganized as I witnessed last Sunday.

What I asked for and what I got did not look identical.I went here a while ago and I will never come back it was honestly really bad nails and they didn’t give me what i wanted,as an example, I asked for a pink colored French tip and instead they gave me orange. I also wanted a flower design on one of my nails and they also didn’t give me what I wanted with that. I would recommend this place for older people who like gel nail’s instead. I also got short acrylics and they way overpriced me . Horrible place would not go again. I’m disappointed.

Last night my experience was really disheartening. I have been coming here exclusively for a couple years now. I drive 30 mins to get here. I needed a gel mani and a pedi. I got there at 515pm. The girl was almost done with my pedi when someone came over to put the aluminum on my hands to remove the old gel. Then, I sat there for 40 mins while 4 ladies helped two other girls who came after me. I felt invisible and forgotten about. I started to cry. Finally at 730pm, I was finished. 30 mins after closing time. I was the last person there. Nice to see that they clean up the salon really well.
Never in my nightmares would I think it would take over 2 hours to get my nails done. My bill was $65 and I just gave them $100 bill cash and left. Not sure I will go back.

Tina is a true artist, she did a gel manicure with Ombre color, and it is the best I have ever had. In fact it's prefect! and she takes her time and is very gentle. Tina is my new forever manicurest. Thank you Tina

I love Hollywood nails. Clean, comfortable, always up on trends. Kim is my favorite nail artist and Dem does outstanding art on toes. Look at my cute April nails they helped me design.

Terrible service, long wait . They told me the wait was 5 minutes when I arrived and asked ro get my nails done and a pedicure . I had to go to an event and only had a couple of hours to spend at a salon. They gave me at a chair all right within 5 minutes. The started at my pedicure in 15 minutes and one hour later they still didnt have anyone available to work on my hands. I complained a few times to no avail. I told them of their wrong promise of short wait to get the client in for service . I walked out after my pedicure was done. I will never go there again and DO NOT recommend to Anyone !!! If you are a professional working woman like me and your time is important to you , go elsewhere !!!!

Loved my gel x set from Holly! Store is so cute and quaint, staff is so friendly. Holly is super accommodating and made sure I liked my nails every step of the way. Please be patient with you nail techs, they work hard all day thank you Holly I love my nails

BEWARE!!! This place should be under investigation for fraud. Their bulbs do not even work - but when you try to cancel your extremely expensive membership, they will not give you proof (written or digital) that your account is confirmed as canceled and will still charge you for membership fees. They have been doing this to teenagers!! The woman who works there is a toxic gossip and refuses to work with anyone who is requesting any type of legal contract information. No one knows who the owner of this establishment is - I even went to the city of Mission Viejo to find out and all they could tell me was that a man opened it during Covid but he has no business license on file with the city or the county. Hollywood Tans was once a franchise but has disintegrated long ago, so there is no corporate office to call and handle fraudulent charges. There are multiple reviews on google explaining the same issue over and over. The owner will not even respond to any of the negative reviews. I have lived in Mission Viejo since 1999 and I have never seen a business operate in this manner in our community. Protect yourself and your children from this fraudulent establishment.

Update: Do NOT get a wax here!THEY BURNED my skin!!!on BOTH sides getting lip wax.Just went to ask her what she would do about it and would not even own up to it.5 stars on nailsVery great quality and very reasonable priced.Did a great job with the cat eye today! Elizabeth

This is truly the best nail salon I have ever been to. Staff is so friendly and positive. They always remember me AND my fiancé. My nails have never looked better and they are so gentle my nails are in great shape even though I get the dip put on every 2 weeks. I highly recommend!
