My experience with this location has always been great. We’ve rented a few cars and every time the woman who helps us goes above and beyond to make sure were happy with our rentals.

I have never seen anyone as rude as this lady at front counter she had no idea what she was doing I ask to speak to her superior and she refused I will. Ever rent a car from them and I hope whoever is in charge will make sure to have a friendly customer service at the counter or they are gonna loose lots of money

90% of my car rentals have been through Hertz. Not this location. I will never rent from here, even if it is the last car rental location on the planet. It's no wonder that the Enterprise right down the street has 10x better reviews. You call in to this location to ask if they have a vehicle available from a specific class and the rep at the store, without a care in the world, quickly replies with, "nope, go rent it from John Wayne Airport." Oh I see, so as opposed to telling me perhaps what would be available from the closest class you basically tell me to go away, we don't have what you need. Impeccable customer service, lemme tell ya. This isn't the first time this happens either. I really wanted to give Hertz the benefit of the doubt after the first time it happened and wadaya know, same attitude, same response. Well done Hertz. Keep losing customers.

Majority of car rental locations do a walk through with the customer shortly before giving the keys to the car. This location which is poorly managed just hands you the keys and points at the car in the lot. Then after returning the vehicle, they randomly charge my card and say they found a screw in one of the tires. Charged me for a brand new tire with no explanation or receipt. Charge just showed up on my credit card. I personally had to visit the location in person again just to get a copy of the receipt because they don’t email it. Never going back.

This location is chronically understaffed, nothing happens quickly here. Long lines, no answer to phone calls, my car was not ready at the time they promised because it hadn't been cleaned. Employees were stressed because they were running around so frantically. To top it off, Hertz overcharged me and took a week to sort it out. Go anywhere else and save yourself the headache.

I wasn't even renting that day but with someone who was. One person at the desk couldn't possibly keep up with the flow of customers and then that single person couldn't fully do her job due to computer restrictions. What should be super simple returns and pickups was an hour ordeal.

No response. They hung up on me and they don't answer phones after they hung up. They told me I will get my final bill after I dropped off the car and I didn't get anything. It's been a nightmare trying to reach them for my final bill.

Place was dead. Customer service was extremely poor. They didn't accommodate or help in anyway. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Hertz should properly train there employees. Renting a car while going through insurance should be very easy. The employee was not helpful at all. I witnessed three other people get denied car rentals in the 15 minutes I was there. No manager to be seem. Vet very poor location. Go elsewhere , don't waste your time.

Really rude staff here. I took my business elsewhere. Gentleman scoffed when I asked to be picked up or even Uber from two cities over. He said it was like a twenty minute drive. I guess that's the quality you get when you go corporate. This dude didn't give a rats A$$ that I work in Irvine. My repair is in Tustin and I live in laguna. He just laughed when answering the phone. Peace buddy. I wish you well, or that you find a better career that makes you happy.

Did not let me apply my young renter's discount through AAA which set me back a substantial amount of money. Now I can't do anything about that lost money. Bad customer service.
