Gentle John's is a wonderful company. We had a pleasant and smooth experience beginning with the intitial consultation with Andy over the phone to the amazing move of a heavy electric reclining couch and loveseat set from an apartment to our home by
Luis and Eduardo. These guys were prompt, careful, efficient, funny and friendly. They moved the new furniture into our home, put it together for us, (the backs had been removed) and assisted my husband in removing our old set. The old loveseat went into my husbands truck for the dump and the old couch went down to our barn. Luis and Eduardo even carried the couch into the barn for us. A pleasant day and experience working with this company and these two men. Gentle John's is also very reasonably priced in comparison to other moving companies as well.

When selecting a moving company, the experience of the movers can significantly impact the overall process. I had the opportunity to work with a moving company whose team was exceptionally patient and kind. This positive demeanor helped alleviate any stress that often accompanies moving, as some movers can be hectic and unfriendly, creating a tense atmosphere.

Broke our furniture and claimed it was broken already. We didn’t feel that they took care of our stuff. Seemed to care more for doing work fast than doing it right.

Gentle John's crew, Ray C., Marcos B., and Jose S., were outstanding. They were careful with our things. They worked efficiently but respectful of the property they were moving us out of and into. I would request this crew again.

The best movers ever! Luis, Elmer, Alexis, Edwardo, Byron, Parker and Brandon moved 5 storage units into a new house, with lots of construction still going on. They condensed remained storage items into one unit, and smiled all they way through. Day one was a 10 hour day, day two was also 10 hours helping to lay out rugs, move furniture around, and take all the boxes away. Both days were 95 degrees. They were careful, considerate, nothing damaged. A true dream team!!
I also had to move a few more things back and forth from my house to storage and had the team of Stetson and Julian. These two were hard working, patient, great with my dog and were excellent to work with.
Every crew Gentle John’s I’ve worked with has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!!
I called Gentle John’s for some help moving. Few more items, and asked them to help install a rug, which included lifting a bed to put the rug under. Ray and Marcos were awesome! They got the rug installed and measured to make sure it was centered perfectly, wrapped and loaded a few pieces of furniture, picked up a table from my nieces house, wrapped it and moved everything into my storage unit.
Super professional. On time. Nice to my dog. Couldn’t ask for better help!!
Gentle Johns is the best for big and small jobs!

Luis and Eduardo were amazing!!! They were very respectful, efficient and took great care of my items. I was very Impressed with their professionalism and speed. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

Ok. Gave the workers 40 dollars each as a tip, they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I don't know if that's normal to tip. They were average. The workers were more interested in getting things done quick than getting it right. We had specific requests that were ignored. I'll probably go somewhere else next time. The rate is typically 75 per hr. Per man.

Bill and Joel were fantastic! I wasn’t sure about hiring a moving company but they handled all my valuables like their own. They were efficient and quick. Everyone at Gentle John’s were friendly. Bill and Joel were both very personable and friendly! Great company to work with too! I will hire Gentle John’s again!

We had Reggie, Noah, and Maddie. All three were wonderful. They were very attentive to directions and extremely careful with our furniture and boxes. They went the extra mile by helping us disassemble our bed frame as well!
