Genoa Pharmacy at Mission Viejo has truly been an amazing experience, especially the fabulous service and time received from David the Pharmacist.I have always been to chain pharmacies some well known one would find around every corner and these pharmacies have the worst customer care, talk to customers rudely and the pharmacists behave like they were MD's themselves. I had just become accustomed to either waiting in a mile line or being treated and spoken to rudely as a matter of a pharmacy culture.Wow!!!! Genoa Pharmacy and David have changed my perception of pharmacies and pharmacists a whole 360 degrees. As soon as Genoa received my prescription, I received a call from David the pharmacist who took time in explaining each medication, the use, the cost, the timing. I am still smiling to realize that there is after all a human side to Pharmacists. After the fantastic time and explanation, I was told my medications would be shipped and within 18 hours they were at my door step.I have never experienced such a fantastic pharmacy experience and this has changed my whole concept of a pharmacy and patient experience with a pharmacy. Thank you David - you are a wonderful Pharmacist and wish other big chain pharmacies could learn from you.For anyone reading this, for what it is worth - don't waste your time at chain pharmacies who treat you bad - they don't realize you are the customer paying for them that keeps them in that pharmacy. I highly recommend switch to Genoa Pharmacy at Mission Viejo and ask for David; but I am sure you will receive the same amazing customer experience I have experience. Never again to waste my time at those so called big chain pharmacies who are better suited to sell cosmetics and grocery items.Fantastic service David and Genoa - I am your customer for good.

This place small, but has the absolute best customer service. I'm so glad to have found it. David is always very efficient and calls me with reminders that I would certainly forget about otherwise. Great job Genoa!

This is the best pharmacy and pharmacist ever. I’ll never go back to the big chains. You’re treated with the utmost respect and you’re made to feel like you’re their only client. You can pick up or they’ll ship or deliver. The prices are no different than what I was paying prior, and the lead pharmacist is incredibly kind, helpful, and polite. The whole team there is committed to delivering quality care. Switch over; they do it all and you won’t regret it!

Genoa Healthcare is a great discovery. I've used CVS for years, and spending time on hold or waiting online is standard pharmacy policy. Luckily, I was referred to David and Ron at Genoa and learned what is possible. They immediately call back if there is a problem; it's easy to get same-day deliveries, check for a synergetic effect with any of my medications, and know I'm getting caring and knowledgeable pharmacists. Trying Genoa to experience the care and service you'll receive is a no-brainer.
