I was looking for a low end tile that was discontinued I called on a sunday ... they where closed so I left a message I'm as far from them as you can get I'm in NY them California.
Although a very small request on my behalf for sure not a money maker at all for them they where very helpful and even returning my call witch is crazy for me because I can not get a call back with local vendors on products I payed for ! So for them I give them a huge thumbs up for being here for us customers definitely a company I'll call for products in the future .
It's the small things that make a good company GBI is got it!
I never do reviews but they took the time and although I cant get the tile I was searching for , I will return the same effort as they gave me!

We installed the most gorgeous gold limestone slab on our island and counters in our kitchen, thanks to GBI. Wish I could remember the gal's name I dealt with, she really knew her merchandise and what she had in stock. Thanks GBI
