Can't be more disappointed. I purchased a pair of shoes that I really like the look of. After wearing them twice with very light wear I realized the shoe was causing gradual pain in both of my big toes. I thought I would look at exchanging them for a half size smaller. When I called to ask if they had the inventory, they did. But when I told them I realized the issue after I wore them twice they 100% refused to even discuss with me the issue the shoe was causing and gave me zero options to return or exchange. The rep that helped we was apparently the manager and she was absolutely awful at her job. So disappointed when a company puts you in a position to never want to do business with them ever again.

I love it because my eye doctor is in the second floor "Dr. Atousa Attar" in the same floor with all the beauty products. Macy's have large selecion of beauty,bodycare and perfume .

I do not usually shop on-line but given the situation with the pandemic I thought I would give it a try. I actually liked the shopping experience and the ordering was easy. Got a text and email that my purchase was ready and I could pick it up curbside. Easy and safe I thought. I first went to Home Depot and the Habit also for curbside pickup. Both experiences went on without a hitch. Not so at Macys. First there are 2 stores and I was not clear on which store to go to and the messages were of no help. When I finally got to the pick up location I called the number and a recording said to wait while I was connected. No connection was ever made. Tried again and no one answered the line. Finally saw a Macys security person who took me into the store to stand in line to get the merchandise. There were many people ahead of me and all the while I was worried about my car sitting in the fire lane unlocked in front of the store.They need to make sure that they are properly staffed if they want offer this service. Hope they get it right by Christmas.

Mom and I love this Macy's since the one near Laguna Woods Village closed! We are so happy it has reopened! Mom wanted a new eyebrow pencil that was simple for her to use. There are many options in the Cosmetics Department. Where does one even begin!? We were so grateful to JUAN CARLOS who immediately offered assistance! He explained the differences between the various options and made a suggestion that sounded perfect! JUAN CARLOS was very kind and patient with my Mom and allowed us time to browse with no pressure. Thank you Macy's for hiring such a nice salesperson who offered Mom and I excellent customer service!

Please do not ever buy any diamonds rings/Earrings from Macy's. stone quality was very poor and most embarrassing fact is that they hide that from customers. I bought a Diamond ring to my wife and after few days we realized there is a crack on the stone and went to return it. Macy's said we cannot return it and it was a final sale. I emailed HQ they said the same thing.

There's no way to return a dress I had purchased in store. Curbside service won't issue a return and they won't email me a shipping label, so I can send this ugly dress back. They say I have to return store purchases to the store and now they've made it impossible to do so. In the meantime I've received the bill and must pay or risk damages to my credit. Talbots immediately emailed me a return shipping label for a store bought item I wanted to return, making it easy. From now on I'm buying all my clothes at Talbots. It's no wonder this Macy's is going out of business.

What's wrong with the men's store at the shoppes in Mission Viejo? This location needs a wrecking ball and remodel badly. It did not have a good selection of clothing, and I felt I was shopping in a basement. Macy's at the Brea Mall, that's a great men's store.

I want to thank Azin in the shoes department. It was quite busy but Azin was so willing to help my 87 year old mom. She brought a chair to the register so my mom could sit down and wait for her turn. It took some time because it was busy. She also helped me get a pair if boots . Which I love. Thank you , Azin for yoUr patience.
