Worst customer service. No one returns calls when they say they will. Account reps do not respond or respond whenever they want to with no explanation as to the delayed response. Even when we attempt to speak to branch manager we do not get a response in a timely manner.

They were helpful for getting a 529 plan check wired to a university. They don't try to control your asset allocation like some of the investment advisors I have had.

If could give this branch less than 1 star, I would! I have been a Fidelity customer for 40 years and recently switched financial institutions due to Justin Guerra's (Financial Advisor) Administrative Assistant (Christy Hatch) unwillingness to ever call, assist with meetings or requests. Unwillingly, I left some money with this branch/Fidelity of which I am now looking to withdraw the allowable 10% annual amount. After 2 specific requests and a phone call to Justin and Christy all I got back from Christy Hatch was, "Fidelity no longer helps customers fill out the paperwork with this request." This is absolutely not true!! Their own customer service department said the same thing AND she has helped me with this same request the last 2 years while I had all of my money with them, but now that we pulled most of it away (for GOOD reason!) they "don't helped customers". After asking customer service to send a request to have the Branch Manager (Neda Tavakoli) call me back, the gentleman said, "You probably won't get a phone call because our Branch Managers usually don't speak directly with clients." WOW!!! WELL, HE WAS RIGHT!! I personally visited the office and after a 30 minute wait a gentleman (Raj - who, by the way was excellent to deal with!!) said Neda Tavakoli, THE BRANCH MANAGER refused to come out from behind her desk and see me!!! Really!! I am soooo glad we moved away from Fidelity - I can assure you my kids and family will all be doing the same!! Christy needs to go and Neda not too far behind. Period!!! They have a sign on the wall that says,"FIDELITY - (noun) Faithfulness to a person demonstrated by continuing loyalty and support" Oxford English Dictionary. Ridiculous that the Branch Manager, NEDA TAVAKOLI does NOT support this, which tells me the people who report to her do not believe it, as well, because she sets the pace by which other run. Stay away!!

Well, it's amazing that no one tracks any kind of posting within Fidelity - very indicative of the culture of no one really caring. I mailed a formal complaint letter to their "complaint" department, but I would be very surprised if anyone really follows up. If they do, I would be happy to post the outcome of this catastrophe. I certainly hope Neda Tavakoli and Christy Hatch eventually learn something from their actions ( or lack of them!).

If you're young and hopeful about your financial future, Fidelity mutual in Mission Viejo has you taken care of. Jeff in particular was a great help in assisting me with some account issues from the COVID-19 "pandemic", not only did he have a great attitude while helping me, he also went above and beyond to get any discrepancies cleared up which is so appreciated thanks Jeff!

Fidelity has been a wonderful company for me over the years. My consultant, Rashika Aryal, expertise has guided me through the ups and downs of the market with a genuine concern for my investment. The yearly review is a great way to keep up to date and see if any changes are recommended. During the pandemic every precaution was used for the safety of staff and customers.

Fraud. Will halt your stocks so that you cannot sell. Message for proof. You try to call these fraud artists they wont pick up. They always are too busy stealing your money to answer their phones. Frauds. See you soon

I am trying to call Fidelity on national and local phone lines for 2 days. I spent hours listening to a recorded: "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and someone will be with you shortly". After hours and hours of waiting on each line, I never received an answer. There is a mistake on my account and I have to fix it up NOW. Shame on Fidelity with such poor customer service. There is no way that you are that busy that customers have to endure hours of waiting with no results.

Months after requests, signing forms, obtaining medallion notary signatures, Fidelity has still not released funds to my new investment firm. Advise against ever having them invest, too many other reputable firms!

I literally am in shock which prompted me to write this review. I called Fidelity Mission Viejo this morning regarding a question with my granddaughters inheritance after I am deceased. The initial employee answered my question however his answer made no sense. When I had additional questions he connected me with Kai to further help me. I asked Kai to explain in detail the answer to my question ( Kai's answer made no sense either). Kai got irritated, told me to take my business else where if I did not like his answer then hung up on me. Minutes later I got a phone call back from Joy (who initially helped me) apologizing for Kai's rude and inappropriate behavior. Apparently she was still on the line and heard the conversation. Later I received a call from the branch manage who took this very seriously and apologized for the service rep Kai and his lash out. I appreciate the fact that the manager sincerely was sorry and it turns out Kai was a agent in a call center with Fidelity. Sad how one bad apple can turn a client away. Julie Julie
