Every time I visit, the prices go up, and the markup is outrageous. After checking online and comparing prices directly from the brands’ websites, it’s clear that we’re being charged far above retail. For a business that purchases wholesale, the difference is even more shocking. I understand the need for a markup, but other smoke shops face the same challenges without inflating prices to this extent.

I drive from Laguna Hills to give my business to these superior young men even though I have a smoke shop literally right around the corner from me. They are the kindest, most informed and respectful group and the establishment is ALWAYS clean and well presented. Well worth the drive !! As you frequently visit the store they foster relationship based service and even remember what you usually buy !! 5/5 stars for these young men !!

Started coming to this location recently and they are Amazing! Always kind and very helpful. My go-to from now on. They have an extensive selection and if they are out of something they order and call you when in. Pricing is consistent with other shops in the area.

nice people and excellent service. very knowledgeable with their products. slight markup on prices, but totally understandable that they cannot offer the same prices as the manufacturer's websites. bad experience with the top shine line though. bought a couple of the cherubs and one was defective. it turned on, but wouldn't turn off. it was burning up and smelled terrible. i was only able to get it to turn off by slamming it against a table repeatedly. wrote to the manufacturer, but they won't back their product. some guy named draco told me vape shops have their own distributors and the products are handled by too many people for them to warranty it. they will only warranty what is purchased directly from their websites. they really don't care if these things catch on fire or blow up in people's faces. maybe a future lawsuit will change their perspective. of course i bought them while i was on vacation and tossed the receipts. the manufacturer told me i should have opened all the packages and tested them before i left the store. really terrible customer service on their end.

So glad I decided to stop in today, I walked in and dude (didn't catch his name but super cool dude) was super helpful, gave me a few helpful tips for what I purchased, seemed knowledgeable, and really good prices.. luckily I live around the corner cuz this is my new go to shop.. great selection, good prices, cool staff, I highly recommend!

I love the entire team at this place. O showed up a year ago on a whim to try to quit smoking (after 45 yrs). They were kind, supportive, knowledgeable and treated me like family. With their support and guidance I achieved my goal! Yes I still vape but it'd way better for me & the environment.. Kudos to the team for always smiling, and treating me like a welcomed friend not just a customer.

I want to give them more than one star, cause I have been coming here for 5 years at least but after getting the second counterfeit vape from them. I am finding a new vape shop. These things are too expensive to be getting not the deal deal. If you want to know if you're getting a counterfeit babe, google the packaging and you will see some of these vapes are not the legit ones. Maybe after they see this they will stop doing this to the rest of you!
