Very clean and organized store. They carry many cute items that I had not seen in other Dollar Tree location. They also have a large food section. I recommend this location.

My mom and I have been going to this location for years. The older guy there is always so nice to us. This is the first time we've had a bad experience here was with the blonde manager. My mom and I were waiting in line while these two entitled persian ladies were shoving us TWICE asking the first guy where a product was they went back they came back again shoving us again then asking the blonde manager for help and she was about to leave when we were there first. My mom told them no that's rude we were here first. The manager was completely unprofessional and should have told them to wait their turn. Will be calling corporate about that disgusting behavior.

Beware of these stores they don't do returns and that is not shown in store. When you try to return they point to small print on receipt.

First I want to say that this store (23042 Alicia Pkwy, MV) is excellent in terms of organization & fully stocked. I would give it 5 stars. On the other hand in term of customer service is horrible. It only deserves 1 star. I never experienced a bad service to the point I have to write a review. I went on 6/1/23 at 12 noon. The cashier was a young man. As he ran up my stuffs, he was tossing everything very roughly to the point that one thing was fallen off to the floor that I had to picked it up. I told him please don't tossed them so hard. A lot of stuffs are breakable. I bought about $58 dollars of purchase. First he made a mistake of closing the register without giving me my change. Second when he was able to, he gave me the wrong amount. I was short charged. I told him so finally he gave me the correct change. Worst of all he toss my change pretty hard on the table. I find that pretty rude. He could just put the money on the table & I will pick them up. He didn't need to put them on my hands. I don't want to cause this young man any harm but his manager needs to tell him that he needs to change his attitude in order to be successful in life specially in retail.

Worst customer service ever! Def not coming back to this store. Legit if you don't want to work here-then don't- I don't usually leave negative reviews- but the girl working at the register had the worst attitude ever! The gentleman with the glasses was the sweetest. We need more people like him working.

I like going to the DollarTree store for quick and easy items to pick up. I will have to say this is a small location, and the overall store seems cramped with stuff. I wish it was a little bigger and they were able to have more employees to check out and assist as tonight I had to wait for 6 people in front of me, and some seemed to have purchased dozens of stuff holding up lines and only one employee at stands.

Went in for some balloons. The kid at the register stared at me blankly as I asked him if I could get some balloons filled up. Then looks around for another employee and tells me she's on her break. Then proceeds to ring up other customers. I wait about 5 minutes then ask him if he knows how much longer she'll be on her break. He holds up his pointer finger at me basically telling me to wait as he continues to ring up other customers. Never turns around to address me at all.

Love Dollar stores, typically they look disheveled and ransacked. This one was very tidy and cashier ( sorry didn't get his name) was very friendly and helpful.

I have visited the other stores in the area but they are much messier then this one. The staff is also nice, engaging and helpful. I'd definitely recommend going there.

There is always a long line and only 1 cashier. Wait time long and lines get in way of shopping

Love this store, great prices. Good customer service. Small store compared to target or Ralphs but has good selection.
