Customer service is what they are all about! I went in looking for a specific size and quality emerald for my wife’s birthday, which was the next day of course. We found a setting i liked, but not a stone. They were able to find one at their other location and have it overnighted and set in by the next evening! My wife was thrilled and i was another happy customer! Thank you!
