I walked in sick. No help. Nose dripping. No care. I felt no care. They made me sign up for automated text messages to receive discounts… with my nose dripping, ears clogged, for what? No discounts. No support. Now I left with a clogged nose and ears and lots of texts from cvs. Forty dollars poorer. I’ll be getting texts
till the day I die. Which maybe sooner rather than later with the condition I am in. Anyway… not my favorite experience. #riot #dontgotocvs #only10%offifyouupgradetopremium #notupgrading

I just used the self-checkout because there wasn't anyone at the regular checkouts. I did not get a receipt. Finally, a black man came to the regular checkout. I told him about the lack of receipt. I suggested that they probably ran out of receipt paper. He looked at me as if he does not have any functioning brain cells. He refused to address the lack of receipt. Then I told him that I bought the 2 for $5 soft drinks. He acknowledged that there was a sale on the soft drinks, but I would need to pay the normal $2.89 instead of $2.50 because that's what was coming up in the register. I said "so I get screwed". He didn't say anything, but looked at me as if there was nothing behind his eyes. It was like something out of a horror movies with zombies. What horrendous "customer service". They have lost a good customer. False advertisement is illegal.

love this place!! Sharron and Kim are super helpful and they got me enrolled in this extracare plus membership and it’s practically free money every month that i can use on anything. super cool and always have everything i need, and then some :)

I ordered instacart from this 24 hour location for some badly needed medicine tonight only to have the shopper tell me the cardboard sign said "Closed, open at 6am" this is unacceptable and should not have happened!!!!

This CVS pharmacy is definitely well stocked and organized the employees are very friendly and helpful it’s definitely very convenient to have this pharmacy in our neighborhood . The pharmacy staff are also very friendly and helpful and attentive. It’s definitely a wonderful place, especially to get your prescriptions ,medications, and refills, right in your neighborhood. I went to my local CVS to pick up a prescription for my wife. My Medicare prescription plan refused to cover this medication, so I was, reluctantly, prepared to pay almost $300. What could I do? When a medication is needed, it's needed. And, getting this particular medication was very important, and urgent. I couldn't wait the time it would take to appeal the determination, and there would be no guarantee I would win. So, I went up to the pharmacy counter with credit card in-hand. A very friendly pharmacy tech named Victoria took the information and grimaced when she saw the cost. She truly felt my pain. Then her eyes lit up and she said, "Wait a minute... there might be another way. Let me try something." With a few strokes on her computer, she asked, "How does $19.99 sound?" That sounded pretty incredible, and wonderful! Victoria could have just processed my prescription and watched emotionlessly as I handed over several hundred dollars. But, because she is a kind, empathetic person, she figured out a way to get the medication covered. And, it was not an obvious way. It took a lot of discipline on my part to not jump over the counter and give Victoria a hug. But, I think my tearful thank you was all she needed to know how much I appreciated her efforts. Thank you, Victoria, and thank you, CVS!

Call to speak to the pharmacy held for 12 minutes when the person got on the phone was very rude when I asked a question and ended up hanging up on me. Would not recommend this pharmacy

Your pharmacists are horrible. One girl hung up on me mid conversation and I have complained about it. now I would LOVE for you to go through the phone recording of my last session with the pharmacy today. It was a man, he was very very rude telling me to be quiet and then when he realized what his job was he changed his attitude. 27750 Santa Margarita Parkway. They have nothing but horrible pharmacists who don't care about their patients. What is wrong with you guys. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE RECORDINGS. He needs to be fired. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE

i have never had such a off putting, bad experience at this cvs until today. I’ve been to this CVS numerous times due to the fact that i live literally 3mins away and have never felt so disrespected before. This store associate named “haley”, white girl with dyed blonde hair in pigtails today, made my little sister and I feel like we were unwelcomed and trespassing in a store we’ve continuously visited. First stating that there’s items locked up and that we need to call for someone to unlock them, which i very well know. All because we were rummaging through some items looking for the right one to buy. Secondly, not so secretly keeping an eye on us when we were looking at some makeup. She had the audacity to treat me like a child when telling me to make sure to not try on the lipglosses and to not open them as if that’s not common sense and disgusting. i truly wonder how much y’all are paying this woman for her to treat her job this seriously. We looked close in age so for her to be targeting me and treating me like some immature minor is crazy, almost felt racially motivated.

Was refused service by an associate the moment I walked in to the store, mind you, I have never been to this location and have never met the associate. I feel racially profiled, none the less embarrassed and disrespected since She confronted me in front of other customers. Had I not been in such a hurry to get medication for my baby, I would have stayed to speak with the police she threatened to call if I didn't leave. The associate's name is TATIANA. I hope you don't encounter this nasty women
