Throughout my life, I have relied on cash for my transactions. Remember CASH IS KING! Recently, I made several purchases at CVS, but I find myself returning two of those items. Having paid in cash, I have always expected to receive my cash back without any hassle. Yet, I am now confronted with a request for identification!
I possess my receipt! This situation reflects the gradual changes being enforced by the NWO, which are steadily undermining our freedom and privacy. My intention is not to address the 🐏🐑 who blindly accept the narrative and comply with every demand. Rather, I aim to reach those who engage in critical thinking, those who have awakened to the matrix, and those who are on the cusp of their awakening. I urge you to reflect on your support for such practices! Refrain from endorsing this establishment or similar ones. Tabitha provided me with a corporate phone number, asserting it was their policy! I dedicated approximately 25 minutes to thoroughly elucidating my predicament. The corporate representative was understanding and sought to speak with Tabitha, the so-called manager on duty, to aid her in processing my refund without requiring an ID. However, Tabitha declined to take the call! This is NOT customer care! This is customer wreckage.

Can agree with all reviews, horrible pharmacy, front line staff are minimal but do try to help, but are not entrusted with keys, for locked up items so you have to find the manager… no thanks there’s two CVS in two miles that don’t lock up products in the first place. I get your close to a high school, but maybe entrust your employees and or just put such personal products behind the counter.
Don’t recommend this CVS outside it’s the only one around open 24/7 if you’re desperate.

My wife had an appointment for covid shot and the representative was super rude and mean. She was literally yelling at my wife saying she need this card and that card which we have no clue what she is talking about. All we have is our blueshield HMO benefit card and she was not helpful in explaining but rather being rude and rejecting us as if we are bothering her. The date of the appointment was 5/27/2025 around 8:20am and she kinda cover her name tag but instead give her name as Irliene or something like that. Horrible service.

The pharmacist Jason provides very poor customer service. He is unhelpful, rude and dismisive. I have also seen him yell at other customers several times. I will be reporting him and encourage others to do the same. All the other pharmacists are super helpful and pleasant.

Store management should get involve more with this customer's store problem, FOR example theirs this old red hair lady that's been there working at this store location for at least 20 years. VERY RUDE! never smiles and when she talks she sounds like a correction officer. We pay her pay check. She should retire, The older employees were better.

Terrible customer service, have to ask employees three times to open a locked cabinet to get my stuff unacceptable. If I can give you a rating below 1, that would be applicable.

If you end up being helped by Ms. Coleen, your day will go well after that. Having to pick up medication is no fun; you wait in line hope the meds will help with whatever you have but Coleen will put a smile on your face as well as all the friendly staff at this CVS location.

I walked in sick. No help. Nose dripping. No care. I felt no care. They made me sign up for automated text messages to receive discounts… with my nose dripping, ears clogged, for what? No discounts. No support. Now I left with a clogged nose and ears and lots of texts from cvs. Forty dollars poorer. I’ll be getting texts
till the day I die. Which maybe sooner rather than later with the condition I am in. Anyway… not my favorite experience. #riot #dontgotocvs #only10%offifyouupgradetopremium #notupgrading

I just used the self-checkout because there wasn't anyone at the regular checkouts. I did not get a receipt. Finally, a black man came to the regular checkout. I told him about the lack of receipt. I suggested that they probably ran out of receipt paper. He looked at me as if he does not have any functioning brain cells. He refused to address the lack of receipt. Then I told him that I bought the 2 for $5 soft drinks. He acknowledged that there was a sale on the soft drinks, but I would need to pay the normal $2.89 instead of $2.50 because that's what was coming up in the register. I said "so I get screwed". He didn't say anything, but looked at me as if there was nothing behind his eyes. It was like something out of a horror movies with zombies. What horrendous "customer service". They have lost a good customer. False advertisement is illegal.

love this place!! Sharron and Kim are super helpful and they got me enrolled in this extracare plus membership and it’s practically free money every month that i can use on anything. super cool and always have everything i need, and then some :)

I ordered instacart from this 24 hour location for some badly needed medicine tonight only to have the shopper tell me the cardboard sign said "Closed, open at 6am" this is unacceptable and should not have happened!!!!

This CVS pharmacy is definitely well stocked and organized the employees are very friendly and helpful it’s definitely very convenient to have this pharmacy in our neighborhood . The pharmacy staff are also very friendly and helpful and attentive. It’s definitely a wonderful place, especially to get your prescriptions ,medications, and refills, right in your neighborhood.
