The lady cashier who handled my transaction at 235 pm ltoday lacked customer service ethics. I asked about cash back of $10 and I didn't know the process and her demeanor was strong and not customer in. I also noticed other woman cashiers there who are not customer in but cannot describe to avoid a category.

I came to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I met a pharmacist who was amazing and had the skills to figure out how to bill my account correctly. She was awesome, but my medicine had to be ordered.
Now fast forward two days later, and my horrible experience started. My copay was supposed to be 0.00 dollars. When I came back to pick up the medicine my copay was 22.00. One of your technicians tells me that the medicine is 4,000 dollars and I should be fine with paying 22.00. I'm sorry but when did a pharmacy technicians personal views of a patients financial situation, without being asked I might add, ever become the norm. Last time I checked my financial planner didn't work for CVS.
I spent the next 2 hours arguing with you pharmacist and the 1 pharmacy tech about how my copay should be 0.00 and not 22. Not one single person ever tried to simply look at my profile. If they did they would have noticed that I had a coupon card on file plus my insurance.
I had to leave my medicine and go back the next day. The pharmacist that day was the original one who helped me and she ran it correctly and my copay was 0.00. I was out in less the. 15 min.
My question to you is this; why couldn't the other employees do that for me. They wanted to keep aggressively telling me that I needed to call my insurance and that it was and insurance problem. But it wasn't! It was a CVS problem! If I would have followed their instructions I would have spent so much time on the phone with my insurance! wasting my time, wasting my money on something YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE KNOWN HOW TO DO!
I am so disgusted with CVS. EVEN MORE NOW after writing this all down and reliving it! I can hear those ridiculous women telling me that "call your insurance it is an insurance issue not us", and I told them over and over again that the original pharmacist got it to 0.00!! They would not listen to me. They would not even look anything up!
For sure something are def. Not an insurance issue it is your untrained, entitled, horrible customer service, pharmacy employees!

Last week I got in line at the pharmacy, behind 12 people. I was preparing mentally to be in that line for 25 -30 minutes. I was in my car prescription in hand in less than 10 minutes. The pharmacy has been bombarded with additional customers due to Walgreens closing and the staff at CVS is stepping up and doing great!

worst pharmacy ever!!! don't ever send your prescriptions here! it always takes me at least 30 min to pick up my medications. they are way too busy and the staff are very slow.

Excellent service!Although a chain, one get the small business feel at this CVS location. They are in tune with their customers. Always ask me how me, and my family are doing. They sincerely care for vaccinations upcoming, medication or off counter items. Thank you!! I don't want to start naming everyone, in fear of leaving out one special one....

I feel soooo bad for their pharmacy staff, as they don't hire enough people and there is always a line for prescription pick up.

The pharmacy wait times are horrible and they are always understaffed. 16 inline right now wow. They also keep messing up one of my prescriptions so I have to repeatedly call them, wait on hold and still the problem keeps happening. Saddest part is there are few other pharmacies close.
