Josh was absolutely amazing. He described every bed to me, the different materials, how they should feel, and what he suggests based on my issues. I am the princess and the pea but he had an answer for everything. I came to the store 4 different times for hours each time and every time he was so patient and made sure I tried as many beds as many times as I needed in order to find what's comfortable. He also reassured me that if after a year if I have any issues they will work with us to provide the comfort we need. Such a great company. I can't wait to receive my bed!

Our customer service experience with Custom Comfort Mattress was a breath of fresh air. Their hospitality and thorough explication of their mattress was extremely informative. Their mattresses are made locally which gave us a level of trust and comfort unattainable from other mattress venders. We will be receiving our mattress in a couple of weeks and if we any problems or dislikes we have an unlimited time to work them to make it right. However I don’t believe we will have issues as we know exactly what we’re getting, how it’s made, and we are supporting a local family business that will be our number one choice in the future.

My husband and I had the BEST experience at custom comfort! We have gone mattress to mattress store and no level of customer service has matched custom comfort! We had Josh help us out and he was AWESOME! Josh was super knowledgeable and ensured my husband and I found our perfect mattress without giving us one of those typical salesman pitches. Absolutely loved that! We will definitely be recommending this store to family and friends! :)

Was looking for a mattress for my mother-in-law and happened to drive past this store on our way to Living Spaces. The service was wonderful, and we found exactly what we were looking for (an adjustable bed). Love that this is a locally owned company, and that they can really customize mattresses for your needs. We will be coming back here for any other mattresses we may need in the future. Didn't even bother going to the store we had originally planned to!

We wanted a firm mattress. David took the time to show us a range of options, pros and cons for each. We were able to make a choice after we went home and reviewed all the information he provided. It was painless and the resulting product is great.

I have had my custom comfort mattress for many years. My daughter has one as well. They are amazingly comfortable, durable, and it was my only consideration when I needed a new mattress for my new home.

Like many others, I first tried a mattress in a box that I purchased from an online retailer. Boy was that a mistake. My lower back was hurting so bad and I couldn’t take it anymore. After going down the rabbit hole of mattress research for a couple of months I still couldn’t make a decision on a different mattress online, so I decided to go to my local brick and mortar Custom Comfort Mattress. Gosh I’m so glad I did! When I walked in the store, I immediately felt like I had made a good decision because I wasn’t overwhelmed with 100 different mattresses. A sweet salesman named Josh approached me and I gave him my story. Three c-spine surgeries, sleep apnea, chronic pain, and my boxer sleeps nexts to me… I need a bed that is very soft and cushy for my hips & shoulders, but will support my lower back. What can you do for me? Once he told me that his previous job had been working as a sleep specialist, that he also has chronic pain from 23 years of wrestling, and his mastiff sleeps on his bed with him & his fiancé, I knew we were a match made in heaven. He understood me. We narrowed it down to four beds, and then two beds. He knew I had a certain budget so he recommended a great bed in my price range that he had purchased for his mom. I decided to splurge and get a more luxurious, expensive one since it felt softer and more comfortable, but I really appreciated that it wasn’t pushed on me at all. In fact he told me a few times how good the less expensive bed still was if I needed to spend less money. He even threw in some extra goodies and bedding. I had the best experience, I supported a local business and my local economy. What a win-win. Josh was fantastic to work with and went above & beyond to make sure I was happy. I have a hard time making decisions, especially when it comes to big purchases. Josh was so patient and kind. I never felt pressured. I am so excited to receive my new latex Elm mattress with 5in Hevea topper in a few days. Thank you so much, Josh. You are awesome at what you do. Finally, for anyone looking to purchase a new mattress if you are near a Custom Comfort Mattress store you really should go lay on a couple of their beds. You simply will not find any bed like that online. CC Mattress’s quality is unmatched.

David, the associate who assisted us at Custom Comfort was patient and knowledgeable. We tried out multiple styles and mattresses. Despite shopping for nearly 90 minutes, David never pressured us to make a decision. He was able to answer our questions and help us make an informed decision. We ended up purchasing 2 mattresses. We have been customers of Custom Comfort for over 30 years and will continue to be.

Josh Luton was polite, helpful, and professional. I called ahead to inquire about the three grades of mattresses advertised in your Brodie, explaining the mattress would be for occasional use. He said the least expensive of the 3 would be adequate. I appreciate that honesty. Custom comfort is the go-to for a mattress.
