THANK YOU SO MUCH LISA & CATHY! Incredible service and thank you for helping me with many requests in a timely fashion. I was able to deposit, transfer funds, and get a new debit card issued in a quick fashion that was fun & friendly. Will be back!

Terrible customer service I went there a few weeks and encountered the most rude and unfriendly teller. I went today and had another negative experience. Only one teller open with a long line and they allowed another customer cut in line. I've been a customer for over 30 years worst cit branch I have ever been to.

I have had a dispute going for over 1 year. During this time Citi has lost the records several times, they have told me it was approved and then could not find the approval. I have gotten misinformation repeatedly. Their system is totally haywire

I went to this branch to pay my City Bank master card bill. I brought $1500.00 cash with me. The teller informed me that the bank does not take cash for credit card payments, only checks. I was very surprised that the bank had such a ridiculous policy. The teller offered to open a checking account and deposit my $1500.00 into it and then I could write a check for the payment. I said no since I already had a checking account in another bank.

The bank staff at this location are the best! I purposely bank at this location because of the top notch staff from the tellers to the manager. They make it a point to know their customers. Most banks do not take the time to know ALL their clients. They have helped me with numerous types of transactions (business & personal) and always take time to help me with my concerns. I find their customer service to be exactly what one would expect from a bank and more. The bank manager is always available to assist and makes sure you leave the bank a happy customer. I have been with Citibank for 15+ years and this location is an example of why I have stayed with them and continue to do so. Thanks Citi Bank and the staff @ Mission Viejo!

DO NOT TRUST CITIBANK!!! Check their work, because they don’t. We were charged service fees that wasn’t associated with the account we agreed to. We found out when we checked our statement. The manager made many mistakes when we set up our account, and we had to return to the branch multiple times to straighten things out. And, since the account was passed into someone else, that person made even more mistakes. Ugh.

Won't cash a Citibank check if you don't have an account there, what a joke of a bank!

My husband missed a $14 credit card bill they put a 60 day late on his credit. No heart at all to fix it. We are closing all are accounts over $14. They did not care and I want a bank who can tell the difference from a mistake.

Citibank is the worse bank you can deal with. Don't ever use their services. After 9 years of dealing with them they suddenly closed my accounts without any reason and after long conversations with them, they decided to reopen it. Actually, Im the one who don't want to use their services after multiple fatal mistakes from their sides without even an apology. If you don't want to suffer as I had please spread the word.

Was a business banking customer with Citibank for years, starting at this MV Branch. It was very well run at the time. I moved to a new town, and they closed the only branch within an hours drive -- but I still kept the account for ease of use by my business partners. A few months ago, Citibank started sending us threatening letters that they were going to freeze our account because I needed to provide proof of my non-profit entity status. We are not, and never have been a non-profit. I am not sure how Citibank got this into their system, but the froze our account once, and kept threatening to do it again, and they could not resolve it. So, we decided to close the account and move to another bank where we have other business accounts. After waiting for an "new accounts" person to help me (a couple of employees were chatting and leaving me sit in the waiting area, one of them told me to go to a teller. I did and I have the receipt with the "Closeout withdrawal" marked on it. But, Citi did not close the account, kept charging the account fees and now they are sending me letters that I need to pay it or they are going to report us to a credit bureau. So I called the 800 number on the letter, they said they can reverse the fee, but I have to go to a branch to close it. I told them I am not driving 1.5 hours each way back to MV to fix their mistake. I asked for a call back from the Branch Manager, but have not gotten one yet. This company is terrible. This branch is terrible. If you live in MV, open an account at Orange County's Credit Union. OCCU is fabulous and have great mortgage rates and even offer discounted realtors. I don't live in OC anymore, but still keep the OCCU account because it is awesome. : ) Stay away from Citibank.

I applied for a secured credit card thru Citi and was approved. Next I got a series of letters string I'm approved for 1000.00 secured limit. Then I get a card in the mail which I activated as instructed only to be declined at a store a day later. After calling Citi and waiting on hold for 20 min for a supervisor I was told that they can't tell me why the card was declined, they just say my account was closed. Why waste my time and send all these letters? DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES
