To put it mildly, my most recent trip to the Chevron gas station was disappointing. The restroom was poorly kept and the facilities' cleanliness was considerably worse than it should have been. Additionally, the pump prices were substantially higher than those at the surrounding gas stations, which was not ideal for customers on a tight budget. The customer's needs seemed to receive only a minimal amount of attention during the service. Even though convenience was a key, other aspects of the experience--such as cleanliness, cost, and customer service--were lacking.

everytime i show up on my way to work the worker is droppin a duece and its pretty annoying so i just go next door to maggies 76 and get what i need. after work is fine because the nice indian lady or black gentleman are super cool. im 50/50 on this place even tho i been here about 69 times.

I went to buy a hot chocolate and there was none, the machine only had the pumpkin drink of 5 available, I grabbed a coffee and the sugar and cream in the box they give it to you, it is not available for one to serve alone?

Convenient near freeway exit and clean gas station in Mission Viejo. Gas pumps were working and windshield wiper cleaner fluid was filled up for use.

love stopping by here on the way to get my day started. Lisa does a great job keeping things looking great. I had a chance to watch training of new hire and all points were being hit. Suggestive selling as its called, was really suggestive informing and done in a non pushy manner. Today was get a free item day and I got the mini-tacos. and boyo was I surprised at how good the salsa tasted. not just for a gas station but comparable to some other places too. Now to figure out the brand to get some for the house.Thanks for having such a clean and friendly place to start a day.

This gas station is located at a very convenient spot, right off the 5 freeway at Oso. It is easy to get in and out of, the problem is that it's the most expensive station in the area by a mile. Like not even close, you will easily pay 25-30 cents more/gallon than any other gas stations in the area. There is a rather large convenience store AM/PM attached to the station, with free easy to access restrooms. That part is a plus. But overall, I would never get gas here unless you like throwing money away, especially when there's a 76 Gas station next door that's always at least 10-25 cents cheaper/gallon.

It’s 10:27am stopped by to get self-serve iced coffee , the guy at the counter aside from keeping me waiting working on the never ending line. He then said he is not even sure if they have any more extra iced coffee in the back , WHAT??? So don’t come here to get iced coffee!!!

Rude cashier lecturing me on pressing “no” on credit card machine. It was asking for cash back before you press “yes” to confirm. 3/4/22 10:30pm.

Some people really have no life, I can see it in the reviews below. They have nothing better to do than to complain about anything and everything. Keith? So many businesses are so weird about wearing a mask, either wear it or GTFO plain and simple. Looks like J.G. Isn't happy anywhere he goes. The younger generation should just stay home and not go anywhere. Every time they go out into the world it's a major shock for them to face reality and immediately they have to turn to the Internet and bash anyone and everyone. Truly pathetic. All these Whiners should be happy that they don't have to be the one behind the counter working there. GET A LIFE PEOPLE!

This place DISCRIMINATED against me. I am an essential worker and Went in to get some water in the morning, sat them on the counter and the cashier asked me if I had a mask. I politely said I don't and he said I could cover my mouth with my shirt (I'd already been in the store just needed to pay) he said I had to go outside and he'd ring them up from the window. I walked out and went to 76 station who was happy to ring me up without a mask. I then see multiple people coming out of the chevron who didn't have a mask and got what they came in for. Making a point to not come here anymore.
