Terrible service. We came in needing to make a change to an account and we're told to sit that a banker was wrapping up something and would come to get is in a few minutes. While we were waiting another lady comes and the banker said sorry but she had an appointment so we had to wait longer. If she had an appointment, why didn't she say so from the get go? She was very rude too. Never going back to this branch.

I've been coming to this bank for a couple of years now and never really had a problem with this location but yesterday is a different story. I came in with my fiancé to cash a check and usually he comes in with me because in the past I've had some bad experiences with banks losing my money. (Not this bank but other banks in the past.) Also near the end of the month we split on rent so I prefer him to be with me. Yesterday we came in with my check and the teller asked my fiancé "why does he do all the talking for me and I don't remember the exact words she used but something like "usually that's financial abuse." Whoa that really took me by surprise! Not only was that very awkward, uncomfortable but accusing my fiancé of financially abusing me??? That's far from the truth lol and I do understand her concern but there were other ways to handle that situation if she was honestly curious. What if I were and she just made my situation worse? Just saying she should've handled that situation differently by asking him to step aside and then she could've asked me is everything ok. Instead of asking him so bluntly. Such an uncomfortable experience that I'll be taking my business to a different location.

Great experience at this location, teller was super nice and actually expedited my account change process. He directed me to Jake who is a banker there. Jake was awesome, he identified the issue and promptly proceeded to fix the issue. I was in and out within 20min headache free. Wonderful team and experience! Thank uou Chase team!

HORRIBLE service. I was a victim of fraud, talk on the phone with chase they told me to come in person to a branch so they can help me out. I went first thing Saturday morning in to the branch. I was told that the only business banker they had to help was busy with an upcoming appointment so I would have to wait and make an appointment for early next week. They wouldn't help or cared that someone was coming fraud.

The bank changed their internal policies (which they only showed me once I complained to the on-duty manager/shift supervisor). I could not get a copy of the changed procedure nor take a picture of it. In my opinion, policies that affect customers directly should be published or at least shared upon request with a copy given to the customer. I've transferred my banking business to Citibank as a result (policy there allowed my transaction without any question). Details of the specific transaction aren't important here - nothing high value or particularly unusual. It's that Chase has secret policies that affect customers yet they do not share those policies with customers.

As a person of color, both my girlfriend and I felt the impacts of subtle and covert racism communicated to me by theresa. It's is very unfortunate when a bad situation is made worse by the way it is handled. Theresa almost called the police on their clients who tried to respectfully communicate their issues with Chase after receiving a counterfeit bill from their banker. We went to a different Chase store which told us that the probability of chances of receiving a counterfeit bill was possible, but Theresa said it was impossible. Their bank teller took money out of their drawer and did not run it through the counter.The inability to accept that humans make mistakes and apologize for their mistakes or even a potential misunderstanding is fairly uncommon. In hindsight, we should've encouraged Theresa to call the police to report her for what felt like discrimination and abuse. Now both myself and my partner feel that it is an absolute necessity to take our business to a competitor. Hopefully theresa can go further in life...off a bridge or something.

Came to this location for notary services (which is advertised as a free perk by Chase). The gentleman who helped us asked how many signatures were required, we told him maybe 5-10. He then told us, "I can do it but I don't want to. It's going to take about 40 minutes and not worth it to me." Really disappointing considering I have had multiples accounts, my mortgage, an auto loan, and business banking all through Chase. Would not recommend this location or this particular person to anyone. I never post these, but this is the treatment you will receive.

S*** service with discrimination. I didn't even get help cuz I was sick of waiting and there is no RESPECT or empathy for waiting more than 30 minutes. This branch has no respect for the the younger people who actually have jobs and a place of our own, stuck in the past thinking us millennials are just s*** broke still in high school. FYI us millennials are at our late 20's by now either getting married, starting a business and already launched our careers. etc. Who knows what the f*** kind of b******* these judgmental people are going to do to the generation after us. Go back to this century. get a grip of reality and stop with this stupid judgmental and discrimination b********

Words cannot express how much I truly appreciate their Great⭐️ customer service!Rollover IRA is not a common occurrence, I called 800 customer service for guidance and go back and forth at the bank and they make me feel welcome to help and assist me. Thank you very much Ryan, Sholeh and specially JAKE! You All make a difference! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chase Bank at Mission Viejo CA is rolling in the deep! Thank you once again?.

I love chase! Always have always will. Went in today to open a credit card after work. Was really looking for a specific kind of card and needed it ASAP as I have a big purchase this weekend. Sholeh was SO helpful. She went through options with me, helped me pick one out, called and had it expedited to me (today is Tuesday and I need it Friday). So blown away. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes, if that.

Costco Chase Credit Card. I have had nothing but trouble. 3 false charges have taken hours to resolve. They even hang up on me. I closed the account in April, this is now the end of July. They sent me a statement for something I didn't order, do not Know the product, did not receive the product, have told them I closed the account and transfer me 4 times to different offices, when I ask for a supervisor, they made me wait 18 minutes and would up hanging up on me. This charge just keep carrying on. Please don't get the Costco credit card. I never had this experience with a credit card.
