I just want to take a moment to thank my amazing bank. I had a horrible day today. I stopped by a branch to request a replacement for my checks because the perforation was faulty, making it difficult to tear them properly. I was upset when a teller told me I needed to visit the branch where I originally ordered the checks to find a solution. My bank has always come through for me, so this time, I felt particularly let down.
However, just five minutes later, I received a call from the same teller, letting me know he had spoken to his supervisor and they would replace my checks at no cost. This kind gesture truly made my day. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much, Chase.

Chase is a bad bank! Phone services are terrible no one knows the answers to their job or bank policies. They don't give you solutions and deny you access to your money. They take your money then make it hard for you to access it by lying about dates or using rules to limit your purchase. It's BS! Second time now they have denied me access to my money and that's an issue for a bank. Going to be moving banks. Don't put your money in chase.

This location is not trustable. I am not sure about other locations too. I wanted to transfer my 405K ( more than $175,000).Chase guy email me more than 75 pages with very small font to read and docu-sign. I specifically told that I want to make sure my money should not be tide up or locked in and should be available any time. I just found out that low unworthy financial advisor locked my money for 5 years. I open account in December and not seen any penni growth on my money. They are afraid of men and take advantage of women. They are doing everything on line so that they can make a change after you signed. I recommend CITI and other banks where they are truthful and trust worthy. This bank is taking advantage of seniors. I will move my other services to trustable bank.

I have multiple accounts over 20 years with chase including a business checking, joint checking with my spouse etc. no more, I'm switching over to better banks with much better fees and services. Chase nickel and dime with fees and my deposit always delayed. Now I bank with online banks and credit unions, they offer me better fees, better loans, better services. 20 years with chase, and they won't give you the service you deserve. Closing my remaining account with this terrible bank. Also, the one of the manager in this particular branch is not very nice, he's rude and unprofessional. Last straw for me, bye bye giant bank with zero accountability and customer support! I don't miss you!

I had a great experience. Chase closed one of my checking accounts after no activity for 60 days. I have my tax refund coming into the closed account. I called the general customer service line and they said they couldn't reopen an account and the branch couldn't even do it. However I tried out the branch and they could do it in under five minutes. They weren't sure why I was told otherwise. Now I'll get my tax refund on time and I might get a branch only promo for the chase sapphire card.

Why is there no option for zero stars? Oh well, I guess I have to give them 1 - when you go in, they people are nice so they get the 1 star. I called two local numbers for these guys. They NEVER answer. NEVER. I called 6 times - each time the system just said they are busy and hangs up. Fine. I called the 800 number. Understand I want information on a commercial building loan. First time: The person put me in the Home Loan/Car Loan digital receptionist. I pressed 1 for home loans figuring they will just pass me to the correct one. I pressed 1, it gave me a little speech and hung up. Second person: transferred me to the local branch which of course said they are busy and hung up. When I go in there, I've rarely seen anyone on the phone. They are losing my business because I can't speak with someone. Seriously??????

The people here are very nice and accommodating, but my girlfriend and I have tried 3 times to claim an inheritance at this location and it’s never worked. Can’t say the employees here are at fault, but bad service, even at the call center/corporate level, still deserves a bad review.

This Branch is temporarily Closed and ATM is not working either. It would be Nice if Business would update there information. No exercise for a lack of basic communication.
