This branch is absolutely nonfunctional! I cannot tell you how many times I've come to try to close my safe deposit box and they are closed. During the pandemic you had to make an appointment and now on yelp it shows they're open until 4:00 on Saturdays but it is untrue! Chase has not updated their data on the Internet or yelp. Only open from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Yikes!

I have multiple business accounts as well as a personal account with Chase. This location specifically is always a problem. Mistakes have been made multiple times by the tellers here…I’ve had one positive experience with a manager, other than that it’s a glorified ATM at this location. Save yourself the headache and go to an actual bank branch nearby. There’s zero customer service to be found at this location and it’s very disappointing.

The customer service at the Marguerite branch was nothing short of stellar, due to the performance of Manager Braedon.Based upon the professionalism of both he and his staff, I plan to revisit that branch again to open a CD, early next week.I have raved about him to all of my friends, who trust my judgement when I say this is the place to go to for all of your banking needs.Job well done Braedon!!!Art De Tomaso

I must say that for myself, I decided to try this Chase and was very happy about making this my new bank home as the tellers have been cheerful and helpful when I asked questions. I always look forward to going to this Chase Bank every payday.

Horrible experience! If I wanted to use an ATM I wouldn’t go to a bank!!!I know chase wants to save money but instead of doing this have fewer branches that are staffed with people!

I made a transfer online. I received a follow-up e-mail later that said I needed to validate the transaction. I tried to do that later in the day and found out they had frozen my account! When I called the number they provided to follow-up I was told they were closed because COVID-19 impacted their staffing. I've been on the phone this morning on hold for fifty minutes trying to fix something that wasn't my fault. Just got someone with attitude from Chase who said they could not validate me because I don't have my Chase debt card - I'd have to call back when I had it. so I have to go into the branch. Unbelievable. This is worse than 3rd world banking. I think its a way for them to intimidate people into keeping deposits there. It isn't going to work.

I should have read the other reviews before I walked into this bank. While the regular bank folks seemed ok, the JP Morgan investment person was extremely arrogant. I decided not to have anything to do with this bank.

So let me understand I go to their ATM withdrawals I go inside to break down So $5 $10 there OWN MONEY I'm not allowed to change inside, Counterfeit WHAT KIND OF BANK TREATS Why don't they have a machine to check instead of treating customers as a criminal Or at Lease Just have ATMs with all currencies FIRE All bank employees what's the point of customer service

I have a Chase Bank account. While I have used lots of Banks in my life and prefer other Banks the checks from my boss come from Chase. So I opened a Chase bank account. I have not had any real negative experience form this bank they are mostly interested in keeping your money and they all make it hard to cash a check without a bank account. This one is located not far from my house.
