This review is long overdue. After losing my accountant of 20+ years to retirement, I went in search of a trusted recommendation to fill the void. Chad was a referral from our financial advisor for a house re-fi and I can't begin to describe the relief and total satisfaction I've had with his team both with the refi's we've done and our taxes when we moved them over in 2019. I've owned a business for over 25 years, I've never seen a more professionally run, personally invested person than Chad. The attention to detail, the ease of the service, the utter lack of any doubts on my part that he was doing everything and then some to fulfill his duties make me recommend him to everyone I can that asks me for a referral to a competent, trustworthy company for mortgage and tax needs. If Google would allow more than 5 stars, I'd give him all of them.

My spouse and I have been working with Chad and his team for over 5 years now and could not be more satisfied with the service and advice we received throughout this time. After our tax situation became more complex (working in multiple states, property ownership, etc.), we needed assistance with our annual returns and overall guidance on where we could improve. Chad, Emily and the rest of the team have been very responsive whenever we reached out and have always taken the time to break down complex concepts into digestible recommendations (including the reasoning/impact for a recommendation).We look forward to working with Chad and his team for many years to come!

After a year of doing our taxes wrong, I wanted help to make them right. The reviews led me to Peshke Financial and they've been so helpful in getting our taxes back on track. Other financial advice has been helpful as well. With changing tax laws happening so frequently, it's nice to have someone who's on top of it all for you. Don't try to do them yourself! Also, he's efficient and reliable in answering all questions you have. Worth every penny.

First met with Chad in 2013 to figure out how to get ready to buy my first home. He was kind enough to drive 30 minutes to my office knowing that in all likelihood I was still at least a few years away from my first purchase. Chad taught me all the important steps needed to improve my credit (listen to his advice!) while I continued to build my income and savings to more realistic levels that we set as goals.
Fast forward to 2016 and we just closed on our first purchase. Chad stayed in touch the entire way and patiently helped me figure out when it was truly the right time to buy. While we were making offers on several properties Chad went the extra mile and called the Selling Agents to tell them why they should pick our offer. Really helps in this competitive SoCal market. Once we entered escrow, Chad was proactive, organized, provided clear communication, and made the process streamlined and stress free. Closed early with no issues. He even pulled off some fancy footwork to help lock in a superior rate when my fiancee's credit score unexpectedly dropped 2 points below the sacred 740 threshold.
He also caught a mistake my accountant made on my 2015 taxes when he was pre-qualifying us for the mortgage so no doubt he is great at taxes also.
Chad is super proactive in monitoring the interest rate market to identify opportunities to refinance. So nice to know someone is watching that for me.
Since 2016 Chad has helped me refinance my mortgage twice to lock in a lower interest rate. He always makes sure the refinance makes sense economically before recommending it, including all fees associated.
Most of all I enjoy working with someone I can really trust who has a strong faith and integrity to match. Would recommend Chad to anyone.

We have been using Chad for a few years now. He really goes above and beyond for his clients. He really helps explain any confusion with all the ever changing tax laws. I have had to make appts every tax season and he is always takes the time to make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. He is also a guy who actually remembers his clients! Asks about the kids or congratulating on our baby's 1st year. We love this guy and will continue to refer!

Once again, Chad Peshke and staff did a great job with our taxes this year! Two examples in the past month made my day: - Not only are they great at doing my taxes, they are great at educating me about my taxes. A question came up on my family's return about the "black magic" of 2021 Child Tax Credit. In just a few sentences, they helped me and my family to navigate the maze of confusion and made a quick learner/tax sorcerer out of me! They don't want anything to be cryptic and are more than happy to demystify the IRS's rules in a very polite and concise way. :-) - They are excellent at quickly turning to a solution rather than dwelling on the problem. I misreported a number on my 2020 return, a year after filing. As bad as I felt about the miscommunication, they graciously created an amendment for my 2020 return and filed it, and the problem was solved. I was very relieved. Thanks again! :-)

I called and left a message requesting info on setting up a consultation. I received a call back the next day saying they don't do consultations during tax season and to call back in May! Ridiculous there's a consultations button on their Yelp page. Super disappointed.
