The 1st review was left on Yelp a little over a year ago.Unfortunately, another windshield chip happened over the Holiday Week before New Year’s. I commute weekly to the Inland Empire from OC - lots of mileage placed on my car.I knew I could call Hanson’s Auto Glass to have the windshield repair fixed quickly. Eddie was willing to repair the windshield the day I called. It was raining so I preferred to wait until after the New Year’s Holiday. Like clockwork, Eddie arrived right on the scheduled date /time. “I don't write a lot of reviews but when a company is REALLY good or REALLY bad, I feel I need to. Fortunately in this case, my experience was incredibly positive. After talking to 2 other 5 star rated car stereo companies, I ended up calling West Coast Auto Sound. The first car stereo company I called (Sorena Car Stereo) said they were busy and would call me back shortly. Never called me back and when I called them the next day, they said they were too busy to help me. Didn't ask me to make an appointment, didn't ask if I could bring my car in later in the week, just "sorry." Not my kind of customer service Next company was AudioLab Car Stereo. They were great but they told me they could not squeeze me in for about 3 days (even though I needed a minor thing done). No problem. I made an appointment anyhow and they were wonderful and helpful. I didn't really want to wait if at all possible however. I then called Farouk here and explained what I needed done. He said "why don't you just bring it in and I'll see what I can do. Worse case, you might need to leave it overnight." I brought my car in, he fixed it immediately, and I was out of there in no time. The price for the work was beyond reasonable and I left exceptionally impressed. I would recommend this place highly. Thank you so, so much Farouk.
