I've been using this particular Caliber Collision center for over a decade and their work has always been top notch. The staff is always friendly and goes overboard to be helpful. When I took my car in for warranty work today, even though it may have been my fault, Lance gave me the benefit of the doubt. His crew fixed the problem in about four hours and did not charge me. Lance clearly explained everything to me and even taught me how features of my car worked. You will get the best possible service from this Caliber center.

Manny and the shops Manager went above and beyond with their service! Definitely recommend they helped bridge the gap that I was having with my car insurance and made sure I was up to date with my cars repairs!

The team at this location was incredibly professional and helpful during a stressful time. They were able to get my vehicle’s repairs done before the expected due date. Daniel kept constant communication and made sure I knew what was happening with my car. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs.

Dan was great, but the manager was dishonest in my opinion. He said my car had electrical issues when it did not. He refused to fix my car because the head unit screen was as replaced and I didn’t have a receipt for the work.He also said it had fault codes - which it did for random minor things - none of which involve a bumper.I had a little fender bender and needed the bumper replaced. He said the bumper has sensors and because of fault codes and changing a head unit he couldn’t fix a bumper - he couldn’t give the lifetime guarantee. I’m okay not having that for the bumper though. All of the sensors and codes in the bumper are fine - the guy was also rude, highly recommend against them.***Editing my review in light of your reply***There are two more collision repair places right around the corner. I stopped at one and got an estimate within 10 minutes. The estimate was virtually the same price.I told them the story, showed them my car and fault codes printed out for me. I showed them all the things that caused caliber to “reject” my car and they said the explanation was ridiculous. Furthermore caliber initially quoted me two weeks to fix and this place said 1 week. I said you can fix it with these codes? And they said none of them have anything to do with the bumper or bumper sensors. Which is exactly what I said.One such code was for a an airbag issue - there was a recall on airbags a couple of years ago. I took it to the dealership and they forgot to clear the code. Also, they mentioned that I had a CarPlay unit installed - asked me for dealer receipts on these things. They also mentioned that my car was “depaneled”. I recently put in new speakers which are literally plug and play. The panels literally snap in and out. When I explained and protested each “reason” given - the manager eventually stopped giving reasons and just said - we’re not going to fix your car.I go literally around the corner and get a shop with a similar quote and said they would fix my car and confirmed all the reasons given to me were ridiculous.I’ll be making sure none of my friends, family, or connections go here - they are free to choose where they go, but I’ll make sure they know my experience.
