My wife loves this place for jewelry. They have the best collection of charms for charm bracelets that she is into. My wife uses the charms to remember special times like grand babies and graduations etc. They also have a great selection of everything from bracelets to bags, a few shoes and scarfs. And they have more fashion accessories. But to us it is the extensive selections of charms to commemorate every occasion and special events in our lives. I believe this is a great idea that everyone could use to remember and enjoy for their special moments.

Every year Brighton hosts a Fashion Show for cancer survivors. It’s a wonderful event, showcasing items from Brighton and White House Black Market. Most importantly celebrating the beautiful women who have battled cancer. October is cancer awareness month. Brighton has beautiful pieces just in time for the holidays. The staff is always so nice too! I have my eye on the travel makeup bag. ?

Jewelry with a bit of a price tag and a heck of a smile. My wife loves the brand, so our daughter and I came here to find a classy birthday present for her. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, with no pressure to do anything but browse. She let us know that she was there to help us if we needed it. She offered suggestions based on my daughter's questions, and allowed us to continue our search. When the total came up on the register, she gently pointed out that we were fairly close to being able to earn a free gift with purchase, we'd just need to buy a little bit more. It was a great upsell that didn't feel forced at all. If you or your partner likes this brand, check out the store. It's great.

I love Brighton jewelry and the staff at Mission Viejo are really friendly. I'll be back when I need a cute and easy gift for a girl friend or if I just want a little something for myself.

This place profiles people!!!! While I was in the store looking at a hand bag that I definitely could afford, a rude old sales women immediately directs me to the clearance section, implying that I was poor and that I couldn't afford a regular priced bag, along with being called poor I was profiled from the minute I walked into the shop. Used to love this store, the sales women made me feel so uncomfortable that I did not purchase anything and left. Also, the workers only help people in there 60s!!!! Literally why? These big- headed arrogant workers need to drop the snooty attitude and realize they aren't better than everyone else. I will never come to this store again.

I purchased a Brighton Purse on board the Royal Princess Boutique two years ago and the price was considerably high compared to Ralph Lauren and Guess. I had the purse two years and the zipper broke. I was told by Princess to contact customer care and I spoke to a gal, Marissa Jan 13, 2022. I did as required took a photo and the ID number of the purse. Another gal responded to my email, her name was Lisa Marie. She said to send the purse on my dollar via fedx, ups, or usps and provide a date of purchase and a receipt which since the cruise was two years ago I don't not have! Such ignorance prevails in customer care at this prestigious company that I am warning everyone when you are told at anytime just return the purse since a postcard in in every purchase you purchase and I mailed it as directed. It served no purpose and I will never recommend Brighton to anyone. They need to educate their customer care personnel and a warning their purses are not guaranteed!

I love Brighton bags and buy from them often but this one location in particular was not so friendly. The lady who helped me didn't want to have anything to do with me. Even though I had on a brand new Brighton Purse. I bought a couple of bags for my family. The sales person was still snobby!!! She didn't want to help me much or acted like she didn't want to work there at all! She just said, what else do you want? How rude is that?! Please don't shop to this location! The Brighton at the Irvine Spectrum is the place to be. Extremely nice and helpful people.
