They said my truck would be ready in 2 hours but they had it all day. I tried calling but got no answer or answer machine. Went to get my truck before 5 (when they say they close) but they left early and locked my truck in their shop overnight. There excuse for preventing me from getting my truck was that they are a family business that closes early with no warning and they don't have an answering machine.

My tire exploded on the freeway on the way to work last night. When it blew it detached my rear fender, causing it to be loose and wave in the wind when I drove, particularly at fast speeds, causing me to be concerned it would fly off completely. I pulled into this shop this morning and the technicians Jerry rigged the fender to stay on and look practically good as new all for free and within a matter of a few minutes. Fantastic job by the guys that helped me and highly recommend this shop and these guys overall.

Shout out to Tim and the rest of the team at Complete Autocare & Tire. I waited too long to get my brakes done and I was metal on metal (yes I know, don't worry I heard all about it from my husband). I had an appointment for someone to come to my house today from 2-4 to replace everything and they canceled at 2:30. I called Tim at 3:00 and he said to bring it on in so they could check it out. I dropped the car off at 3:30 and got a call from Tim that they were all done at 4:30!!! Every single person I spoke with was nice as can be and on top of all that they were over $200 cheaper than the company that canceled!! I will never go anywhere else again!!

Beware! I will never do business here again. Had a fuel pump installed. Check engine light keeps coming on and they want to charge me $475 for a used gas tank when they broke a $30 part during the install. Incompetent team.

My car got a flat tire. I needed new tires and alignment. Called in to check tire size availability and pricing. Tim answered the phone and was super cool and helpful. I expressed that I needed the most affordable new tires and he gave me a shockingly great affordable price. Ordered the tires that came in the very next morning. Went in, waited about 2 hours as they had a lot of cars, made sense. Great price, Tim’s great attitude, and wait room available provided a great experience.

My first experience was great. I had the A/C serviced and the price was reasonable and the car was ready fairly soon after I dropped it off. The second time I took my car in as I was having issues with the front suspension. The dealership even noted on the paperwork during the oil change that the suspension would need to be addressed soon. Anyway, I was told by Tim the "Master Mechanic" could not find any front suspension issues BUT I did need my front rotors skimmed. This did not seem logical to me that the brakes would cause squeaking when you are accelerating but not when applying the brakes. The Service Rep (Tim) got very confrontational when I started questioning why the squeaking noise could happen only when accelerating and not when braking and why wouldn't the car shake and vibrate when braking if the rotors were in fact warped. I, unfortunately, had the work done. The squeak was still very much present and I waited too long to address the suspension issue since they claimed the rotors were my only problem & now had to fix the suspension recently AND replace two tires due to damage as I waited too long. I'm not sure if my experience was because the service rep was a Jerk and very rude to me or if mechanics are not that skilled at diagnosing. I assumed since they wer a Tire Shop they would also understand suspension. The repair shop I SHOULD have taken it to found the problem in 3 minutes. They seem very busy so maybe I'm the outlier but I won't be back. .

Bad news. I went in a few months ago and got new tires and I was pretty happy with these guys My oil light went on recently and it was probably time for a service. So I called and talked to Brad I believe. He said next appointment wasn't until Tuesday but I could come in Saturday and it's first come first serve. They open at 7:00 a.m. I told him I may need brake pads or fluids etc. He said no problem, we will let you know as soon as we get it up on the rack. He said I could get it back same day even if they did brakes. I was there at 7 and they said I was 4th in line . I had planned on waiting but I could tell something was off. They said they'd call me about the brakes. So my wife picked me up. About 3 1/2 hours later I hadn't received a call so I called them. Who ever answered put me on hold. When he came back he said they hadn't been able to get a rack yet? I asked if he knew when my car would be done and he said "No". So they hadn't even started? I told him it's too late to start now even if they do get a rack. I wanted to come get my car out and was leaving now. I got a call back and they said they had a rack now and they could do the oil change quickly. I got a ride out and saw my car up on the rack and they were taking the wheels off. I told the guy I was getting the car back. Then he said they hadn't even started the oil change! I told them I just want my car out of there. Then they started getting hostile. The guy said go inside and pay your bill and we'll get you out. I really can't believe they even charged me. I went in to "Tim" who was sitting at computer and started to tell but he got very confrontational and said he said I'm talking to someone. Which I didn't see? But whatever, then he started talking to some people. I sat down to wait. A young lady was walking out the door but Tim went "let her sit there". Which was fine with me but it was just Tim being hostile. It became very confrontational with all of them. Finally I was able to get my bill and I paid quickly. I made sure I got a receipt. The other guy returned my car key. I got in my car and tried to back out. Someone pulled in behind behind me and I asked him to back up 10' so I could get out. He wouldn't then Tim and his partners came out yelling at me to drive around another way which was jammed up too. They were pretty hostile. When I recounted to Tim what the others had told me he said "someone lied to you". He said it, I didn't have to.When they were arguing saying whose fault it was etc. I told them I'm not going to keep arguing with you, you can argue on social media. That really up set them.

We have been using Dan, and now Blake since they opened in the late 90's. They have cared for all our cars as well as our children's cars. Mostly I want to say that I trust them implicitly because Dan is a person of integrity in every aspect of his life and that definitely bled over to his son, Blake. Sometimes car repairs are expensive, but you do get what you pay for here. If you want a mechainic you can trust, this is your place.

Horrible!! I heard a grinding noise and knew must be my brakes. I bought my brakes from auto parts to save money. I called this location to also get an oil change. I was told brakes were fine. I drove it and brakes got worst - down to roters! I had another mechanic shop check and tell me front brakes down to roters and needs replacement right away. Do not use them!!

Went in for a check engine light. They changed my oil, without my approval. I wasn't happy about that, I told about the "oil change" after the fact. They broke the cap off my windshield washer reservoir. They took one of my lug nut, broke a piece off my engine cover, and broke off a piece of my side marker. I hope their wives cheats on them, or boyfriends, no judgments.

This is a great business I work for an auto parts delivery company so I deal with every auto repair shop tire store in South Orange County on a daily basis these guys are really great the shop is super CLEAN everybody that works there is super helpful,friendly and genuinely happy and the prices well that's the other part I get a chance to compare when I take one of my cars in they beat-em I recommend "complete" to all my family and friends thanks again Tim!

I am amazed at the great customer service I received. I called and spoke to Francis yesterday and he was nice clear and told me what to do. I had the car towed in. Before 10 this morning he called me with an update and estimate of cost. Because they are a "Repair Pal" shop it was covered under my MRC except for my deductible. Office is clean Covid safe and all were pleasant. Best of all they did not talk down to me or act condescendingly as most mechanics do when a woman comes in alone. They also explained what was done, and what exactly the part was replaced did. Over all great experience. I will return.
