everyone in this business is great in all areas!! ourselves and our neighbors have been taking our rigs to them for years! they complete great work performance at a very reasonable price.darren & julie are the owners, sandra is the super helpful receptionist, and miguel is the very knowledgeable and competent shop foreman. i have never talked to anyone who was not happy with all aspects of dealing with them. they complete your work in a very timely manner.

I dare to say that BPI RV & Trailer Services and Repairs is not a good place to repair RVs or campers. The LP hose of the camper van cracked and leaked, so I visited to replace the hose. It seemed to be an easy job to just replace the hose. It costed $179 to figure out where to break down. In addition, they requested additional parts and labor required for the repair. I paid 320 dollars to replace one LP hose. It was a little excessive cost, but I could understand it so far. After the repair, I came home and turned on the LP stove for inspection, but it caught fire and slowly turned off. The water heater didn't work. LP gas supply didn't seem to be working properly. As the repairman replaced the hose, I suspected something was wrong. This is because there was no problem when I checked before I went to repair. I revisited to check and repair it. When I asked Technician to inspect it, he asked for another $179 for the inspection, saying there seemed to be something wrong with the gas regulator. After replacing the LP hose, the LP system including stove heater and water heater should have been checked completely for abnormalities and released if no problem. I did not agree to charge for regulator inspection because it would be a part of the hose replacement job. It is not matter of how much, but matter of their attitude of responsible repair. In addition, I found that the fuse box was open, and the ceiling fan lid was open. I had to stop on the way to home to close the ceiling fan. Therefore I was so dissatisfied with the irresponsible and thoughtless service of BPI RV & Trailer Services and Repairs.

BPI had to reinstall lithium batteries and wiring done incorrectly at another company. Miguel went out of his way to ensure everything was working as my husband designed and to our satisfaction. Now the "auxiliary" batteries work all the fun stuff and the "main" batteries ensure our coach and start up batteries are separate so we don't get stuck. Now our solar system charges everything very quickly. We've been dry camping for a week and the battery condition display has been at 100% almost the entire time! Excellent! They have also performed other services on our RV and we've always been happy with Darren and Julie's efficiency and concienciousness.Services: Electrical

This RV service shop was recommended by a close friend in San Diego and it was so worth the drive. They upgraded my shocks, replaced the brakes, fixed the oxygen sensor in the engine, re-sealed the roof, added solar on the roof, added 2 new house batteries and fixed the Dometic refrigerator. Excellent work and communication. This is not the cheapest place to go but they do it right and honor their work.

Just wanted to give a shout out to this RV trailer place BPI RV in Mission Viejo they did some work on my 2006 toy hauler fixed my generatac generator and put a new awning for me on and did an all-around check of my toy hauler excellent service they're really fast and a very good price I would definitely use them again and suggest them to other people Thanks again Guys

I did not have a good experience with BPI. Out of the 9 items I scheduled for servicing on my trailer, they only completed 3. They don't do any electrical work and said they were very poor at it and couldn't even install my tire monitor, which took me 20 minutes once I watched a YouTube video. They insisted the tires didn't have sensors in them, however the installation instructions I left with them and sticker on my new trailer said the tires had sensors (and they did). I asked them to move a tire from the rear bumper and they said I would need to get a custom bumper made. Later after I called back and pushed on them to relook at it they rescinded that and said they realized that the trailer hitch wasn't even attached to the bumper and I didn't need a custom bumper. Even more alarming is when I asked them to set up my new Curt brake controller, installed in my MBZ GLE 4matic and remove an RF brake controller, they never solved this problem and I left without brakes on my trailer. I now am going to a different repair shop to get this fixed. It was not a good experience and I won't be back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV TO BPI! I took my LQ trailer for service and caught the OWNER taking HUGE swigs of our VODKA straight out of the bottle in one of our cupboards. We have security cameras inside our trailer due to a break in a couple of years ago. BPI was aware of them (not that it should matter). The owner took at least 7 BIG GULPS from our VODKA. He was ARRESTED by the OCSD for this. I reviewed the camera footage from the day/night I left the trailer there. He went through all our cabinets! To make matters worse we are in the middle of a PANDEMIC and he is drinking straight out of our bottle!!!!

BPI is the only place I will take my mobile dog grooming RV to and I have been for years now! I have a large RV type grooming van and they always get me in and out as quickly and efficiently as they can. They are very knowledgeable and honest! I highly recommend! Thank you!
