The friendliest of the staff was something that shocked us. They didn't try to price gouge us. They even pointed out sales and that's not something you see in retail everyday. My daughter bought a couple of items that she was recommended. So a big "Thank You" to this great staff!

Bought a long-sleeve shirt. The place is expensive for stuff that shouldn't cost that much but this is a corporate choice and not by this specific store. The staff do the minimum and really not much else. If you're shopping here, it's because of conspicuous consumption, and not actually buying something you need.

Do not shop at this store. I tried to return a gift I purchased for my daughter the week of Black Friday. The “manager” claimed that because it was day 31 after my purchase, I was out of luck for returning my $200 purchase with a receipt. My receipt said after 30 days (and even without a receipt) I was entitled to a store credit. The manager claimed that the system could not locate my order after 30 days and there was nothing she could do. She refused to issue a store credit, claiming the “old” computer couldn’t do it. I questioned her statement and the ridiculousness of not being able to return a purchase for store credit with a receipt that clearly said I could receive a store credit. She then said, “Out of the kindness of my heart, even though you are being rude, if you find something in the store today for the exact same amount, I will see what I can do.” I was still questioning this because I would have never shopped Black Friday week if my daughter could not return the items. Another salesclerk said “If it was purchased Black Friday week, there is an extended return period” (which I later found out was publicized.) The manager had the other salesperson ring up a store credit (not a refund, which it turns out I was entitled to under the extended refund policy.) They do not publish their return policy in the store. Buy online and save yourself the hassle.

I use to shop here untill they hire bunch of kids that they have no clue what they're doing or how to help costumers most of the time they are on their phones or just chatting, sad to see how poorly management is in here where there is cero attention to the costumers.

Really bad return policy. They put your number in but they can’t use it to process returns. To get a refund you must have the original receipt. They need to update their policies.

I’d avoid Billabong. Very customer unfriendly brand. Absolutely do your own research, but here’s my example: a relative was planning ahead and bought my son some shorts as a gift a couple months back. He just received them. They didn’t fit. Even though Billabong still sells the shorts and we just received the receipt, Billabong won’t allow an exchange. Not asking for a return mind you - an exchange for a size that fits. Virtually every brand and retailer on the planet will accommodate an exchange with a receipt when the product is still new and current. But not Billabong.There are so many great lifestyle brands out there, I’d absolutely pick one of them instead. And By all means don’t buy any Christmas gifts from this brand. If they don’t fit you’re seemingly out of luck!
