I had a great experience here yesterday after showing up to do a transaction less than an hour before they closed. They squeezed me in to the schedule with a banker (it wasn’t a teller transaction) and went above and beyond to help me get the job done. I was a little worried about the bad reviews but my experience was excellent. Maybe they’ve really improved since the old reviews.

Welcome to Iran ????98% of the staff standing in the corner speaking Iranian. Very condescending and finding excuses not to help the elderly customers I have been BOA customer for over 27 years and living in mission Viejo for 42 years. Very disappointed with the customer service please hire someone with some education and class who can speak English and have knowledge with American values and culture

The wait for a teller is way too long. They need more tellers! I waited 15 minutes to get a roll of quarters.

Staff are really polite, personable and professional. We had a 2:00 pm appointment but we were just passing by the branch and went ahead and checked if we could just save a trip and make that happen right there. They were welcoming and were able to accommodate us right away.

Nancy was amazing! She was super professional and quick with my transation even though I had a complicated one. Before that, there were about 4 others in line in front of me and Nancy was getting them in and out like it was nothing! She was amazing, I see a lot of negative reviews about staffing issues. The wait truly was nothing, everyone has different requests and some will take longer than others. Mine took some time but another teller came right away and started helping people. I saw no issues at all in this branch. It was clean and professional, and the help I recieved from Nancy was outstanding.

We stopped into BofA today to handle a few transactions, and Negin was simply wonderful. Nevin was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling our transactions and was a pleasure to work with. I commend BofA for employing such amazing personnel as Negin and recommend others to stop in and see her if you need financial and transactional assistance at the branch.Highly recommended.

This branch often does not have teller services because of lack of staffing. What makes it worse, it is difficult to impossible to reach a real person in the branch on any given day to see if they have tellers. You cannot leave a voicemail to get a call back. So your only option is to waste time and gas driving there. When you get there, they can tell you other branches that have tellers if they don't. Why isn't this information readily available online or as a pre-recorded announcement on their phone number? It is very disrespectful to treat customers this way.

Waited in line for 30mins for the clerk to tell me she couldn’t help me with either of my requests. She wasn’t very apologetic about it either. If this was my regular branch I’d switch banks.

This location is suck and the customer service always under staffs. Why open at 9am when you don't have staffs for the demand? I am looking to go else where. Anything you want from the bank now you have to make an appointment for your services. This is Ridiculous because if they required appointment they should let their customers know so we aren't tasting our time.
