Every Bank of America is slow slow slow and the employees are the worst Change banks. Tough at first but worth it. I’m surprised people still go there.

Please please close all accounts at this bank !!! They are liars and scammers They promised us they would get to our PPP loan and 2 weeks pass by and nothing, funds dried up!!!!! I will be closing all accounts here When you actually need them, They don't come thru.

as a thirty year customer of Bank of America I do not appreciate having the bank put a 10 day hold on a large check that I am transferring from an account in another bank that I control to Bank of America for my personal use. It's my experience the checks clear my account at Bank of America in less than a day. But my deposits seem to take 10 days. I don't know why there is such a difference I think that they are just trying to make money off of interest on my money and not service their customers. And they charge me each month for this kind of service. I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last bank on earth. Update! My check cleared the very night I deposited it and b of a customer disservice dept says that they can't release the hold -?why? PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BOFA!

When I enter the bank a manager tells me they can't pull out all I need because they have already closed the vault. Instead of giving me what they can, one of the tellers begins to put all her money away and by the time I get to the front there is only one teller and she can only give me a quarter of what I needed. When I ask the manager he know says that he can't give me any more because she has already closed her drawer. I guess the only the vault is closed is not the only excuse. Horrible customer service
