I came here because of the great reviews I saw. The owner agreed he could do the work with confidence so I trusted it would get done. Gave me an estimate of 3 days. On the 4th day of them having my car, that's when they barely started the work. Communication was non existent, I showed up to get my car after almost 2 weeks and my car looked worse then when I brought it in. They fixed a leak but did nothing for the upholstery. Waste of my time and money. I hope they improve for their future customers.

Wow! The craftsmanship is impeccable. My old BMW is like brand new!! The guys over at Auto Interiors are amazing! Right from the start I worked w/Luis on refurbishing my headliner and a couple pillars on an old BMW. Not only did they replace the headliner but my back two pillars were bad (I removed them years ago) and they replaced them too! Blown away by the service. Needed a lift back to my place and they provided that. Very good service. Some of the best in OC. Thank you Luis and team!

Excellent customer service from Auto Interior’s Of Mission Viejo! All responses were prompt and professional. They were able to get my seat to look brand new again. Best upholstery shop in Orange County would highly recommend.

0 out of 5. Very disappointed as a fellow business owner.1. Returning customer.2. Dropped off parts in box. Hard misc parts dyed/painted black. A, b, d pillars to be reupholsrered with supplied fabric.4. Fabric supplied by me.5. Was told by business I will be given update in a week or two.6. Nothing.7. I called twice. No updates.8. I showed up to collect my property.9. All but fabric was missing.10. Business supplied replacement material.This owner explained his situation. He explained another customer with a steering wheel leather repair was more important. He was also claiming to be overwhelmed with work load. Okay, give me my property.There are more details to why this escalated to the point of a Google review. Educate customers to avoid dishonest business ×-professionals.My solution: I learned whatvto do. I completed the project myself. And contacted BBB. DCA. And google review.Next.

Ordered a new convertible top for my Jaguar. I will rate the work when it’s finished. So far I like that the shop is small, family owned and operated. Not a chain store with employees who handle the operation. The work that I have seen on other projects has been good.

I was looking for a place who could fix my sagging headliner on my Porsche. I originally went back to a place that had fixed my seat on my MBZ but he was super busy and wouldn't been able to get to my car for 3 weeks. I went to two other places, they to were booked till August and one place was outrageously priced. Luckily I found this place through Yelp. Out of these four places that I looked up on Yelp, this was the only one that had NOT one bad review. Came here on Tuesday, spoke with Luis (owner) and he gave me a reasonable quote so I decided to have it fixed here. My appointment was for 2 days later, Thursday. Handed my car to them at 8am and they were done by 4:30pm. They did a fantastic job on it. I will definitely come back here for anything that has to do with auto interiors. I also checked out a few of the cars on site that they had finish and the craftmanship on them was outstanding. It really does pay to shop around and do your research. Always get a least 3 quotes.

The driver's seat of my Honda Accord Coupe was beginning to tear at some seams, and the seat base needed to be replaced. Luis replaced some of the panels, matching the colors exactly, as well as rebuilt the seat with a new base. I can't recommend him enough.
