We made an appointment and went to store to activate our iPhone. Melissa provided excellent customer service. Although we did not order the iPhone 14 pro from the store, Melissa still very patiently helped us and taught us how to activate the iPhone step by step. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We will go the store to buy the phones next time because the service is excellent.

Great experience at this store with Melissa. She was able to quickly handle our trade ins and new phones. I later had to return due to another store screwing up the trade in of one of our three phones and she was again quick to respond and helped get it resolved. Definitely ask for Melissa! She really knows her stuff.

I walked into the store today to find the doors unlocked but no one inside. The store was empty. I waited a few minutes and then started yelling "hello?". After 10 minutes I finally knocked on the employee door. 5 minutes later an employee finally walked out and asked what I needed. No apology or anything. I told her my phone wasn't working. After 30 seconds of looking at my phone. She tells me there is nothing she can do and try the Apple store. Extremely unprofessional store.
